Hi Daniel, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
When we first got our Rottweiler, the experience wasn’t as smooth as we’d hoped. Communication with the breeder was challenging, and the buying process lacked the clarity and care we expected. That made us promise ourselves that if we ever bred Rottweilers, we would offer every buyer a positive, enjoyable experience, ensuring they feel confident and happy with their new puppy.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
This journey hasn’t been as easy as we anticipated, especially due to my health issues. Since being diagnosed with cancer in 2023, I’m now in remission, but balancing dialysis and other treatments with starting a business has presented more challenges than foreseen. Nevertheless, we still enjoy the process and are always looking forward to helping people find the perfect puppy for their family.
We’ve been impressed with Dub Kennels , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What should we know?
Dub Kennels is built on a foundation of passion for the Rottweiler breed and a deep commitment to providing an exceptional, supportive experience for new puppy owners. Our journey into breeding was inspired by our personal experience when we got our first Rottweiler, which led us to promise that we would always do things differently—with transparency, clear communication, and care. What do you do, what do you specialize in / what are you known for?
We specialize in breeding healthy, well-tempered Rottweilers that make incredible family companions and great customer service. We are known for our dedication to the owner experience—we aim to make the process of bringing home a new puppy enjoyable, straightforward, and filled with confidence, not confusion. We focus on what we view as ethical breeding practices and proper socialization to ensure our pups are ready to transition smoothly into their forever homes.

A Commitment to Customer Experience: We personally experienced a difficult buying process with our first Rottweiler, which motivates us to ensure every client has the smooth, supportive, and communicative experience they deserve.
Perseverance & Heart: Our business was started against personal odds. It hasn’t been easy, especially since my diagnosis with cancer in 2023 (and now being in remission). We are proud that, despite personal setbacks, our brand remains dedicated to its original promise: to offer an enjoyable, transparent, and supportive path to puppy ownership, ensuring every family is happy when they take their puppy home.
