Exploring Life & Business with Liz Hahn of Bad Girl Productions & Bad Boy Strip

Today we’d like to introduce you to Liz Hahn.

Hi Liz, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I grew up in Calabasas during the ’80s, surrounded by music, creativity, and the constant hum of the Hollywood scene. Back then, I was the one hosting backyard parties with kegs, live bands, and my girlfriends diving into wet T-shirt contests just for the thrill of it. It was chaotic, free-spirited, and completely unfiltered, a crash course in entertainment long before I realized it would become my life’s work.

Later, when I moved to San Diego for college, I gravitated toward the underground music and nightlife community. That’s where I learned how to hustle. I launched my first business armed with nothing but a pager, a concept, and a handwritten phone list. There was no internet, no social media, no digital shortcuts, just determination, word of mouth, and what people today call guerrilla marketing.

As the industry evolved, so did I. What began as a small, scrappy venture grew into a national entertainment brand. Today, I own two nationwide companies, Bad Girl Productions and Bad Boy Strip, delivering upscale adult entertainment experiences for bachelor and bachelorette events across the country.

More than thirty years later, I still feel the same electric spark I did during those early Calabasas nights. Every private event is another chance to create unforgettable moments, bring people together, and keep the spirit of fun and freedom alive. That energy is what continues to inspire me.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been smooth at all. This industry moves fast, and you either evolve with it or get left behind. Bachelor and bachelorette culture shifts constantly with new music, trends, social media, and nightlife, so staying relevant means staying curious. What thrives one year might fall flat the next, and you learn quickly to adapt instead of resisting the changes.

When I first started, there was no roadmap. No mentors, no manuals, no online communities to lean on. Everything was built through pure experimentation, trying ideas, watching what actually worked, and being willing to redirect when something didn’t. I figured out early on that actual growth comes from creativity and staying committed to your own long-term vision, even when the path twists.

This business is a blend of strategy and creativity. You test, you take risks, and you aim to craft experiences people will remember long after the party ends. There have been challenges at every stage, but the momentum, the excitement, and the constant push to innovate are exactly what keep me moving forward.

As you know, we’re big fans of Bad Girl Productions & Bad Boy Strip. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Bad Girl Productions and Bad Boy Strip were created with one purpose: to deliver unforgettable bachelor and bachelorette party experiences. We specialize in premium, customized entertainment, designed around each group’s size, style, and comfort level.

Bad Girl Productions brings high-energy bachelor party experiences featuring skilled performers, engaging hosts, and interactive elements. Bad Boy Strip specializes in bachelorette celebrations with themed shows that are playful, polished, and tailored to exactly what each bride tribe is looking for.

One thing that sets us apart is the way we work with our talent. We’re selective, supportive, and transparent. Clients choose their performers upfront, so they know exactly who’s coming and what to expect, making the whole experience smooth, safe, and personalized.

Our signature packages are fan favorites. For bachelor groups, Legs and Eggs kicks off the day with Bad Girls cooking breakfast, pouring mimosas, and setting a lively tone. During the holidays, our Sexy Santas add a festive twist to private events. For bachelorettes, themed shows like Sexy Cops, Naughty Cowboys, Pizza Guys, and Firefighters let each group create the vibe they want.

Above all, we’re known for professionalism and reliability. Nothing we do is cookie-cutter. We curate experiences: memorable, intentional, and tailored. Our goal is simple: create high-energy moments people talk about long after the celebration is over.

What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is growth, in my business, my team, and myself. Longevity comes from staying curious, listening to clients, and adapting, even when it’s uncomfortable. Boundaries and clear expectations are just as important, creating structure that keeps everyone safe, supported, and successful.

Most of all, I value the process itself. Showing up consistently, improving constantly, and staying committed; that mindset has fueled my passion and kept me moving forward for over thirty years.
