Hi Ralph, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started working in recruiting after I got out of the Navy and have always wanted to run my own company. I started HR Search Pros, Inc. 18 years ago as I saw the need for a Human Resources (HR) specific search firm that could truly be a valuable partner for companies in search of great HR professionals and for candidates looking for their next HR opportunity.
Integrity, Honesty, and Service are very important to me and I wanted to be a part of a company that lived these values. Out of this desire sprang HR Search Pros, Inc. We are here to serve both companies and candidates with the highest level of Integrity, the utmost Honesty, and impeccable Service.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Overall it has been a smooth road. Starting out was tough – building the brand, getting the word out, finding the right companies and candidates to work with. As time went by and things fell into place, I have been able to build some great relationships with people all over the US and have been able to continue to grow my business.
