Hi Abubakri, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey started with curiosity, hunger, and a deep desire to create something bigger than myself. I wasn’t born into tech I grew into it. I started by experimenting with small digital projects, learning how technology, business, and human behavior connect. Over time, that curiosity turned into passion.
I began building solutions for real problems around me: how people buy, how they sell, how they connect, and how technology can simplify processes that normally feel complicated. Each project taught me something new discipline, patience, and the mindset to think long-term.
Eventually, I made the decision to take entrepreneurship seriously. I focused on understanding high-growth sectors, studying global tech trends, and positioning myself to build solutions that are relevant now and even more valuable in the next 4–5 years. That mindset helped me grow from just having ideas to executing on them and which has made me setup up an Award Winning Agency which is Upracoreteam.
Today, I’m still evolving building, learning, and pushing my vision forward. I believe in creating products that don’t just look good, but solve real problems, products that can scale, and products that can shape the future. My story is still being written, but everything I’ve done so far has been driven by purpose, consistency, and the belief that technology can elevate anyone willing to put in the work.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road and honestly, I’m grateful for that. Every step has come with challenges that shaped me into the entrepreneur I’m becoming.
One of my biggest obstacles early on was lack of access access to resources, mentorship, and even the right information. I had to learn a lot on my own, make mistakes in real time, and figure out solutions without a manual. That phase taught me how to think critically and move with confidence even when the path wasn’t clear.
Another challenge was managing expectations both from the outside and from within. When you’re building something new, people don’t always understand your vision. You have to learn to stay committed even when the results aren’t showing yet. That consistency is hard, but it’s powerful.
There were moments where funding was tight, execution felt slow, or ideas needed to be rebuilt from scratch. But those challenges pushed me to level up to become more disciplined, more strategic, and more patient.
So no, the road hasn’t been smooth. But every obstacle has been a lesson. Every setback has been a setup for something better. And today, I don’t see challenges as problems I see them as part of the path that will lead me to the future I’m building.

Something most people don’t know about me is that I’m actually very quiet behind the scenes. People see the brand, the energy, the work… but what surprises them is how much of my success comes from silence long hours of studying, observing trends, and building in the background.
I’m the type of person who can disappear for a week just to learn a new system, test an idea, or analyze where the world is going next. A lot of the progress people see in my brand didn’t happen in public; it came from deep research, self teaching, and constantly pushing myself to understand the future before it arrives.
Another surprising thing is that I don’t come from a ‘tech background.’ I built myself into this world. I wasn’t handed the knowledge I chased it. And that journey shaped the way I work today: curious, obsessed with improvement, and always thinking five steps ahead.
So the quiet side of me is something people don’t expect. But that’s where my creativity comes from the stillness, the discipline, and the drive to keep evolving.
