Hi Anna, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
Integrity is most important to me because it’s the foundation for trust and alignment, both with myself and others. In my work and life, I believe that if you move with integrity, the right energy and opportunities follow naturally.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Greetings, I’m Anna, an intuitive massage therapist. My work exists where touch meets awareness, helping people release tension, reconnect with their bodies, and uncover subtle energies that are often overlooked. I let my work speak for itself. The energy in the room tells the story, and those who are ready always find their way to my table.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
My mother did. She recognized me before I fully understood myself. In hindsight, it’s clear she always sensed I would be different. I felt my life heading in a unique direction, even if at the time I wasn’t sure exactly what that path would look like. Although my mom passed away five years ago, she continues to shape who I am today.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I would look my younger self in the eyes and say,” Be the change you wish to see in the world.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
Many massage therapists are taught to measure success by how many clients they see, yet that pace often leads to burnout and a loss of true presence. True success comes from the depth of connection in each session, not in the number of sessions.
Another lie is that some assume that technical skill is the most important factor, but with intuitive work, energy awareness, and presence often create the deepest, most lasting results more than any standard technique ever could.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. If you laid down your name, role, and possessions—what would remain?
If I laid down my name, my roles, and my possessions, what would remain is my awareness and presence, the part of me that simply is capable of feeling, observing and connecting beyond any external label or attachment.
