We’re looking forward to introducing you to Natia Stewart. Check out our conversation below.
Hi Natia, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: Who are you learning from right now?
Right now, I am learning from my 3-year-old grandson, whom I have the joy and privilege of raising with my husband. Every day with him teaches me patience, grace, and the beauty of seeing the world through fresh eyes. I am reminded of the power of curiosity, the importance of wonder, and the deep, unspoken lessons found in love and presence. Through him, I am learning to slow down, to celebrate small victories, and to embrace life with a heart that is open, joyful, and resilient. He inspires me to be a better person, a more mindful caregiver, and to live each moment with intention and gratitude.”
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hello, my name is Natia Stewart, and I am a survivor, a woman of faith, and an advocate for empowering women. I believe that every challenge we face is an opportunity for God to reveal His strength and purpose in our lives. Through my journey, I have learned that resilience, courage, and faith are not just qualities they are gifts we can share with others. My mission is to lift up women, inspire them to embrace their God-given potential, and walk boldly in their purpose. I strive to live a life of intentional faith, love, and service, showing that even in the midst of life’s storms, God equips us to rise, overcome, and thrive. I have started a women’s empowerment movement called Nourish Her, with a mission to uplift, inspire, and equip women to embrace their God-given potential. Nourish Her exists to create sacred spaces where all women are spiritually, emotionally, and communally fed. Through intentional gatherings rooted in sisterhood, we empower women to uplift one another, walk in purpose, and serve as keepers of each other’s hearts, hopes, and healing.
I believe that every challenge we face is an opportunity for God to reveal His strength and purpose in our lives, and my goal is to help women see that they are not defined by their past, but by the courage, faith, and resilience they carry within. My heart is to inspire, encourage, and walk alongside women as they rise, thrive, and fulfill the extraordinary plans God has for them.”
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The part of me I am releasing is the fear, doubt, and limitations I once held onto. It has served its purpose, teaching me valuable lessons and shaping my journey, but it no longer defines me. Today, I choose to step boldly into the woman God created me to be strong, resilient, and fearless. I am embracing His purpose for my life, walking in faith, and refusing to let anything hold me back from the destiny He has called me to fulfill.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering taught me lessons that success never could it taught me humility, patience, and the depth of God’s strength in my life. Through hardship, I learned to trust Him when I couldn’t see the way forward, to persevere when all seemed lost, and to value resilience over recognition. Success can build confidence, but suffering builds character, shapes faith, and shows us the power of endurance, grace, and unwavering hope.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I am deeply committed to Nourish Her, my women’s empowerment movement, no matter how long it takes. I believe in lifting women up nurturing their minds, bodies, and spirits and helping them see their God-given potential. This mission is bigger than me; it’s about creating a community where women are inspired to rise, embrace their purpose, and walk boldly in faith and confidence. I will continue to invest my time, energy, and heart into Nourish Her, trusting that every step, no matter how long, is part of God’s plan to impact lives and change the world.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
Absolutely! YES. I have learned that giving your best isn’t about applause or recognition but it’s about integrity, self-respect, and honoring the gift or responsibility in front of you. Even if no one notices, just doing your best transforms you and it builds discipline, resilience, and a sense of accomplishment that no external praise can match.
