An Inspired Chat with Jenni West of Northaven Park

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Jenni West. Check out our conversation below.

Good morning Jenni, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: When was the last time you felt true joy?
Right Now! We are currently spending Thanksgiving break at Seagrove Beach FL on 30A, soaking up slow walks, sunsets, and sweet time with family—a much-needed reset from everyday life.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Jenni currently splits her time between Dallas, TX and her coastal retreat in Seagrove Beach. Before she began working with metals and gemstones, she traveled the world as a flight attendant—an experience that continues to shape her creative vision. Her designs are often inspired by the cultures she encountered, the landscapes she explored, and the stories she gathered along the way.

There’s something deeply fulfilling about transforming her visions and ideas into tangible pieces of jewelry. Bohemian Fairie Jewelry is more than just beautiful adornment—it’s about evoking emotion, sparking memories, and telling quiet stories through each design. Often, she adds hidden details or secret messages to the backs of her pieces, creating an intimate connection—something truly unique to hold close and treasure.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
Bonds break through hurt and misunderstanding, but they’re restored through grace, forgiveness, and choosing love again.

What have been the defining wounds of your life—and how have you healed them?
I was a brand-new flight attendant—just three months into my dream job—when September 11, 2001 changed everything. In the aftermath, all of us new hires lost our positions. My heart was broken by the tragedy, and losing the career I’d worked so hard for left me picking up the pieces.

But that ending made room for something better. Six months later, I was offered a flight attendant position with a private charter company, and it opened the world to me. I traveled across the globe, experiencing opportunities I never could have imagined.

Most of my career was spent flying for the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Stars, and Texas Rangers—and I even had the chance to fly Bruce Springsteen twice and join the Black Eyed Peas on their European tour in 2007.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My friends would say that what matters most to me is authenticity. I appreciate real, honest conversations and meaningful time together. Good food, good music, and good company are what fill my cup.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I’m walking along the beach, spending time in nature, or watching a beach sunset. Those quiet moments give me space to breathe, reflect, and spend meaningful time in contemplation with God. I also find a deep sense of peace and joy in my studio, where creating jewelry and exploring inspiration becomes its own calming, grounding experience.
