Hello I’m Tralysia Dixon
Born and raised in Mississippi
Moved to Texas in 2019 . I’ve been in Texas for over 6 years now going on 7 years in 2026 . I started my very first business in 2020 during the pandemic as a lash tech in DFW – West of Fortworth tx . I’ve meet over 100 ladies from 2020-2025 doing lashes . From doing lashes for only $45 – $160 was the highest I’ve charged for lashes . I’m not just a regular lash tech . I’m more so of a versatile lash tech meaning I can do varies of lash styles from natural , wispy , mega volume , hybrid & dramatic sets including bottoms to complete the entire look . I just recent added braids to my Profolio in 2024 it will make 2 years in 2026 . I’ve been knowing how to braid since I was 10 years olds basically watching my cousin braid her son hair on the couch . I’m a self taught braider so I brag differently about my crafts that’s I’m gifted with . I’ve braided over 100 ladies in DFW surrounding area doing braids . Braiding and lashing has taught me patience and consistency.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Being an entrepreneur will never be a smooth road and I don’t expect it to be . An entrepreneur/ business owner can be frustrating at times . Entrepreneurial industry grows and changes each and everyday . What might be trending today might not be trending tomorrow. So you have to stay on point to the changes. Entrepreneurship doesn’t come with book you learn and grow by mistakes. Entrepreneurship can be a struggle if you try to be like the next person . Be yourself ! Work whats working for you and target the audience you want on your platform.

I offer both service . For lashes i specialize in dramatic sets that’s my most popular sets . The ladies love that set due to the minx bottoms are added on to the dramatic sets. My next top popular sets is my classic sets . EATS 🔥
The ladies also add minx bottoms the classic sets . My most natural set is hybrid . I offer mega , wispy and volume sets as well . Now for my braids

I offer custom ombre colors meaning whatever color you want that’s not in the hair STORE I can customize the color you want 🔥 . I’m a 24 HOUR and HAIR INCLUDED BRAIDER Why ? Is because of my 9-5 ladies that have a busy schedule and can never find a braider that offer AFTER HOURS .. COME SEE LYSIA ! What sets me apart from other I’m a people person. What do I mean by that is I work with people . I’m human meaning I understand things happen . I’m not much of strict business owner . Each person that comes to me be relax and feel like they are at home it’s the hospitality as my clients say that’s sets me apart from others . We have a therapy session , our quiet session or just music. I be myself I don’t try to be no one else . I let my clients know get comfortable make your self at home .
Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up, I was always a creative, hands-on child with a naturally nurturing spirit. I loved working with my hands styling hair, practicing new looks on dolls, and paying close attention to details. Even before I knew it was a gift, I had an eye for beauty, symmetry, and transformation.
Personality wise, I was the calm but expressive child in my family. I listened more than I talked, but when I did speak, it was usually something thoughtful. I was the one who made people feel comfortable, safe, and seen . That friend everyone trusted with their hair, their secrets, and their emotions.
I’ve always been drawn to helping people glow a little brighter. Even as a kid, I loved watching someone light up after I did their hair or encouraged them. That desire to uplift others followed me into adulthood and eventually grew into my passion for braids, lashes, beauty, and the deeper healing and confidence that comes with transformation.
In a lot of ways, my childhood creativity and compassion planted the seeds for the woman I am today . someone who uses her gifts to create beauty, inspire confidence, and hold space for others to feel like their highest selves.
