Hi SimplyCiandBre, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Ci;We started our YouTube channel because we wanted to share our everyday lives and the fun, close-knit sister dynamic that really represents who we are. At first, we posted vlogs, but we realized we could grow faster by expanding to TikTok. Our dancing videos started gaining traction, and since we’re big Dallas Cowboys fans, we used that to connect with a wider audience.
TikTok ended up giving us a huge boost — it brought more eyes to our YouTube channel, and now we’re close to reaching our next milestone of 500 subscribers. We truly feel like the underdogs, because we started from zero and we’re still learning everyday as we go.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Ci:Doing content is never a smooth road. You have to really put in time and be entertaining . People truly think it’s easy work but it takes true dedication and creativity. We are still trying to balance being content creators , whilst working full time.

Bre: Collectively, Ci and I are hardworking women who pour a lot of time and energy into building our brand, SimplyCiandBre, across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Our goal is to create content that feels relatable and welcoming to everyone. Travel vlogs are some of our strongest videos because they capture our curiosity, our love for new experiences, and the joy we get from exploring together. We also enjoy showing our sporty side — especially as women who love attending games and embracing the excitement of sporting events.
As our content grows, we hope to be known for our genuine sister relationship and the way we’re constantly leveling up our lives. One thing we’re really proud of is that we even started this journey in the first place. We’re naturally very private individuals, so choosing to open up, share our personalities, and let people into our daily lives was a big leap of faith. It taught us to be more confident in who we are and to trust that our uniqueness has value.
We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
Bre: We don’t necessarily call it ‘luck’, If anything, we see it as God’s timing and provision. We rely on faith, hard work, and obedience, and we believe every step—whether it feels smooth or challenging—is part of the blessing He’s laid out for us.
