Today we’d like to introduce you to Natasha S. Mack.
Hi Natasha S., so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Natasha S. Mack is a Certified Christian Life Coach, Relationship Coach & Strategist, Novelist, and Financial Educator who has dedicated her life to helping women heal, grow, and rediscover their God-given identity after divorce. She helps divorced women get unstuck, let go of past pain, and create a fulfilling life.
She is the founder of a coaching practice designed exclusively for divorced women ages 30 to 50, where she guides them through her signature R³ Framework—Refocus, Rediscover, Rebuild—a faith-driven approach that equips women to move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Before being led fully into coaching and entrepreneurship in January 2025 by the Lord. Natasha spent over two decades building a successful professional career, including 10 years in corporate sales and another 10 years in human resources. Her expertise in communication, empathy, people development, and conflict resolution not only shaped her career but also prepared her to coach women through some of life’s most challenging transitions. She is passionate about showing women that divorce does not define them—it is simply a chapter, not their entire story.
Natasha is also a published author of two books: Obedience, a children’s book that inspires faith and character in children ages 9 and younger; and Transformational Poetry, a collection of poems designed to empower and encourage women. Through storytelling and coaching, Natasha offers a safe space for women to heal, reclaim their confidence, and embrace new beginnings.
As a faith-driven leader, Natasha blends her professional expertise with personal passion to serve women by implementing biblical principles and practical framework. Her mission is to help women see that beauty can emerge from pain, purpose can follow loss, and what was meant to break you can be anchored in Christ and catapult you forward.
Lastly, as a Financial Educator she helps women mange money, offers savings & retirement strategies, and build generational wealth.
With her powerful message and proven framework, Natasha is building a legacy of transformation—helping women not just survive divorce; but thrive and become better stewards over their finances.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Stepping into entrepreneurship was very bumpy to say the least, and initially being an entrepreneur is not something I desired. I genuinely enjoyed my career and my plan was to have passive income in real-estate while still having my corporate career. However, I’ve learned over these last five years that God’s plans are better than anything I could ever put together. God has purposed more for me to do. The Lord has taught me he can turn humiliation into honor, pain into purpose, loss into legacy and peace and grace will always win.
We have to trust in the Lord with all our heart and lean not on our own understanding; in all our ways acknowledge him and he shall order our steps. I had financial challenges, life setbacks all throughout my time of writing and publishing my books, and during my 6-month window of taking classes and becoming a life coach. While also navigating being a proud mom of two boys 7 and 9 years of age. The challenges didn’t stop, if anything they heightened, but it strengthened me in perseverance and resilience. I’ve learned discipline, intentionality, staying focused and consistency are key factors to overcoming challenging while on the path of elevation.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am most proud of my relationship with God and how he has kept me and shifted my life in such an unexpected way in one year, and it’s all been for my good and for his Glory. What personally sets me apart from others is my determination, my intuition, my ability to understand people and encourage them to become the best version of themselves and my capacity as a servant leader to lead with love in everything I do. Professionally, what sets me apart is the hope I bring to my clients to see if I can do it, they can do it; because I have already done the work and come out on the other side of my own experience with being divorced.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
I give honor to God first and foremost. I have other individuals that were divinely placed in my life, and these individuals have poured into my life and been very supportive. I want to thank all my spiritual leaders for their prayers and encouragement, I want to specifically thank Daijah, she is supportive and an amazing young lady. I have to give credit to my business coach and mentors that have given me great insight and strategy on all my new endeavors. Last but not least I have my faithful few, and they know who they are. They have been my cheerleaders and my prayer warriors as well. I love my brothers and sisters in Christ, friends, and family. All these individuals played a role in my success and where I am today. Their encouragement, push, knowledge, resources, and holding me accountable led to the success I have today, and I am so grateful for my village.
