Lauren’s journey started in St. Louis, Missouri, where her drive for patient-centered care began to take shape early. She earned an academic scholarship to Texas Christian University (TCU), where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and later completed her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Simmons University. Throughout her training and career, Lauren became a champion for holistic wellness—believing that effective healthcare treats the entire patient, not just their symptoms.
Her professional path spanned a wide breadth of specialties: Family Medicine, Vascular and Interventional Radiology, Operating Room care, Plastic Surgery, and Fertility. She practiced across multiple states and even internationally, including Texas, California, Missouri, Colorado, and Peru. Each experience strengthened her conviction that healthcare must be flexible, accessible, and deeply personalized.
That belief would become the catalyst for her entrepreneurial leap.
When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, Lauren recognized a critical need within her community: accessible, reliable testing that could meet patients safely in their homes. Leaning into her clinical expertise and leadership skills, she launched COVID Concierge 214, assembling a team of nurses and nurse practitioners to deliver concierge COVID testing throughout Dallas. The service quickly gained trust, becoming a lifeline for families and businesses navigating unprecedented uncertainty.
Yet Lauren saw beyond the crisis. She realized that the need for convenient, compassionate, in-home medical care extended well past COVID—it was something people deserved every day. With that insight, she evolved COVID Concierge 214 into Clinic Concierge, transforming a pandemic solution into a comprehensive and enduring healthcare model. The new platform allowed Lauren and her growing team to provide ongoing primary care, wellness services, weight-loss support, and aesthetic treatments directly to clients across Dallas.
Driven by her vision, Clinic Concierge began expanding rapidly, becoming one of the region’s most modern and personalized healthcare experiences.
Today, Clinic Concierge has entered its next major chapter. The company is now partnered with private equity, positioning the brand for accelerated national expansion. Lauren serves both as Chief Brand Officer and a member of the Board, guiding the company’s identity, patient experience, and growth strategy as it scales into multiple new markets and cities across the United States.
