Today we’d like to introduce you to Andreina Matheus.
Hi Andreina , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey in micropigmentation has been filled with challenges, but also with a profound sense of determination. I come from the world of design and art, where I learned how to create beauty from nothing, but it was through micropigmentation that I discovered a deeper purpose: helping women reconnect with their confidence, their strength, and their own beauty.
Breaking into such a precise and demanding industry has not been easy. Perfecting techniques, investing in continuous education, building a brand, and earning each client’s trust—every step has required discipline, resilience, and an unwavering commitment.
I also faced an emotional challenge: understanding that micropigmentation is not just aesthetic—it’s a tool for empowerment. Many women come to me feeling insecure, tired, or disconnected from themselves. Transforming them—not only on the outside but on the inside—became my driving force.
Every obstacle has strengthened me. Every challenge has helped me believe even more in my craft and in my mission. Today, my work is about honoring women, helping them feel powerful, reminding them that beauty is not perfection: it is identity, history, and strength.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, my path has not been easy. Every step has been a combination of discipline, faith, and an inner strength I learned to build over time. In micropigmentation I discovered a deep passion, but also a demanding journey: mastering techniques, investing in education, staying relevant in a competitive industry, and learning to be patient with my own growth.
One of my greatest challenges has been transforming myself while helping other women transform. Many times I worked with a tired heart, but with an unwavering belief that what I do has purpose: restoring confidence, elevating self-esteem, and reminding every woman of the power she already carries within.
I also faced the pressure of starting from zero, supporting myself, and growing in an industry where excellence is not optional. But every obstacle taught me something: resilience is trained, perseverance opens doors, and when a woman truly believes in what she does, she becomes unstoppable.
Today, I look back and understand that my challenges were not barriers—they were fuel. Each difficulty shaped a stronger, more disciplined, and more self-aware version of me. And that is the message I carry in my work: we can all rebuild, we can all rise, and we can all shine again.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
My work is a blend of art, precision, and purpose. I am an artist specializing in micropigmentation, a discipline that merges aesthetic sensitivity with advanced technique. I dedicate my craft to enhancing women’s natural beauty and restoring their confidence through lip blush, brows, and procedures that transform not only their appearance, but also the way they see themselves.
I specialize in elegant, natural, and personalized results. I am known for truly listening to each client, understanding her story, and creating a design that is unique to her—always respecting her essence and highlighting her natural harmony. My style is delicate, detailed, and created with the intention of empowering women.
What I am most proud of is turning my art into a tool for self-esteem. Every woman who sits in my chair carries a story, a battle, a quiet strength. My job is to honor that. I’ve seen women arrive insecure and leave with a renewed smile, a different light in their eyes, and a sense of confidence that feels transformative. That is my greatest achievement.
What sets me apart is my artistic sensitivity combined with an intuitive eye for detail. I don’t work only with pigments—I work with emotions, with feminine energy, with beauty that already exists and simply needs to be awakened. My approach is human, refined, and intentional. I believe in natural perfection, in results that don’t look “done,” but felt.
In short, my profession is my art, and my art is a space for women to rediscover their power. Every procedure is an invitation for a woman to see herself as strong, beautiful, and entirely in control of her story.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
One of my favorite childhood memories is watching my mother create art. She was an artist in her own way—full of creativity, intuition, and beauty. I grew up surrounded by colors, fabrics, textures, and the feeling that everything could be transformed into something meaningful with love and imagination.
Seeing her work with her hands, turning simple materials into something beautiful, shaped the way I see the world today. She taught me that art is not just technique—it is emotion, intention, and the ability to elevate the everyday into something extraordinary.
Her creativity marked me forever. It was through her that I understood that beauty has power, that details matter, and that women carry an incredible strength when they express themselves through their art. That memory is the foundation of who I am today as an artist in micropigmentation.
