Manufactured Housing Industry Announcement
Legacy of Leadership: Kyle and Kristi Williams Celebrate 20 Years of RGN-MH, LLC
Two Decades of Vision, Integrity, and Family Values in the Manufactured Housing Industry
In 2005, a husband-and-wife team from Texas set out with a simple mission: to elevate the manufactured housing industry through quality, service, and heart.
Twenty years later, that vision has become a defining chapter in the story of modern housing.
Kyle and Kristi Williams, founders of RGN-MH, LLC, are celebrating the 20-year anniversary of their company — & 34 years in the Manufactured Housing Industry.

A Career Built from the Ground Up
Kyle Williams’ journey began in 1991 with Green Tree Financial Servicing Corp., where he was selected for the company’s Management Leadership Development Program. Over an eleven-year tenure, he mastered every facet of manufactured housing finance — from underwriting and chattel lending to floor-plan operations — eventually serving as Regional Manager for North Texas and Oklahoma.
In 2002, he joined Affordable Residential Communities (ARC), then the largest REIT in the manufactured housing sector. As Senior Vice President, Kyle oversaw 85 communities across eight states, implemented a nationwide inventory management system, and contributed to ARC’s successful IPO, helping the organization grow to more than 365 communities nationwide.
That experience became the foundation for something greater — a family-driven enterprise that would soon redefine manufactured housing in Texas and beyond.

Founding RGN: A Family Name, A Family Mission
In 2005, Kyle and Kristi launched RGN Services, Inc., later known as RGN-MH, LLC, with a clear goal: to deliver high-quality new and pre-owned homes to communities and workforce housing providers across the Southwest.
The company name, “RGN,” holds a special meaning — the initials of their children, Reigan, Grant, and Nicole — reflecting the deep family roots at the center of every RGN venture.
For 15 of the past 20 years, RGN-MH has held the title of Texas’ leading seller of pre-owned manufactured homes, providing more than 6,000 homes to manufactured housing communities, consumers, developers, and workforce housing programs.
In 2018, the Williams family expanded their reach with the creation of RGN Manufacturing Services, a first-of-its-kind production facility dedicated exclusively to custom units for communities and workforce housing.

A Legacy of Excellence and Evolution
Under the Williams’ leadership, RGN-MH didn’t just sell homes — it built communities, strengthened partnerships, and set new standards for integrity and service across the industry.
Over two decades, the company expanded dealer partnerships across multiple states, grew its logistics and service infrastructure, and developed a reputation for delivering high-demand housing at scale — all while maintaining a customer-first, family-driven ethos.
“Providing quality housing with honesty, excellence, and respect — one home, one family, one community at a time.”

An Enduring Impact
Colleagues, clients, and community partners across the nation credit the Williams family with raising the bar for what it means to serve in the manufactured housing space.
As they look back on the homes they’ve sold & built, the teams they’ve mentored, and the families they’ve helped house, their story stands as a reminder that success is measured not only in numbers — but in impact, integrity, and legacy.
