Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all — and that’s honestly what has made the journey so valuable. Real estate is cyclical, constantly evolving, and deeply personal. Over the years, I’ve navigated multiple market shifts, economic downturns, changing regulations, evolving technology, and shifts in consumer expectations.
Some of the biggest struggles early on were building consistent systems, earning trust in a competitive market, and learning how to balance client care with sustainable business practices. Later, challenges shifted to scaling a business, leading and developing agents, adapting to new technologies, and staying relevant through major industry changes.
Each challenge forced growth — sharpening skills, strengthening resilience, and reinforcing the importance of relationships, integrity, and adaptability. Those experiences are what allow me to guide clients and agents with confidence today, especially during uncertain or shifting markets.
