Today we’d like to introduce you to Pasha Zambia.
Pasha, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’m a photographer/videographer based in Arlington, born in Zambia and have been here for 10 years. I deal with street photography/fashion photography and make documentaries.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It hasn’t been smooth sailing, I’m self taught, had no mentors, learned by photographing girls from my neighborhood and I had to fund myself getting all the necessary equipment

I’m a photographer/videographer based, known for my high contrast visuals. I mainly photograph women and the street life of dfw. My style is inspired by colors I used to see growing up in Africa and I mix it with what I see in dfw. My main market is students from colleges around dfw. My art is youth centered.

- Photography is $50 am hour
- Videography is $70 an hour
- Editing is $100 per video
