D., we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My story is kind of the same for many young black males, who have no hope or belief of acceptance, in America. Being in the streets at a young age. Making children at a young age. Then going back n forth to prison.
My story changes course when I decided to no longer feel sorry for myself and be accountable for my actions. It wasn’t a smooth straight line, but a journey filled with many many bumps and turns and obstacles.
Im finally at a point where I want to share my story and help others.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Most of the struggles along the way were my percent discipline
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am aunion electrician with some side ventures. My goal is to serve people like me full-time and become a speaker.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
To keep going…even in the darkest part of your journey .
