Today we’d like to introduce you to Edgardo Guerrero.
Hi Edgardo , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey started when I arrived to the united states at the age of 15 years old. I started learning the landscape industry with a family member teaching me everything i should know from maintenance, plants to tree installation and removal to more. I stay working for my uncle while at the same time i was looking for ways to create my own Customer list. This industry has its ups and down just like any other.When I decided to open my own door and build my own company. We where looking for a new home at the time where hard but I know i had to keep a roof over my family head. In then the idea of registering my company Texas Green Boys came to mind. On January 12 2024 was when we took that first we had no idea how to start but nothing like making calls in asking for information and asking questions. We had started with only doing residential to know doing commercial jobs.
This two year have been full of new beginnings and new jobs. We love what we do in it shows an all our project we do.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I can say we have had a smooth journey. I think what has really help me was me knowing the industry from a young age and my mind is set on making my company grow.
