The journey wasn’t always smooth. There were late nights, growing pains, and valuable lessons learned along the way. I encountered mistakes that required immediate correction, operational challenges that impacted efficiency, and the ongoing task of building systems that could support sustainable growth.
One experience that stands out involved a client whose tax return contained incorrect direct deposit information, which delayed their refund. By carefully reviewing the return, correcting the issue, and maintaining clear communication throughout the process, we were able to resolve the situation. Although the delay was frustrating for the client, the transparency and support provided reinforced the importance of accuracy, accountability, and client care.
