Hi Dan, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Our team is comprised of entrepreneurs in the construction, engineering and hospitality industry. We have focused historically on Texas ranchland and light commercial. Over the years we noticed the lack of intimacy and community in the development world as Texas has grown rapidly. We are strong believers in Texas values and maintaining ranchland and community in the midst of urban sprawl. We fell in love with the RV industry and users identifying a need in the market for personal and high end storage and more specifically RV resorts.
We connected our expertise and passion in this field to bring a new high end boutique RV resort that can overlap with the community with a coffee shop, food truck, farmer markets, dog park and recreation for the Fort Worth area to promote engagement and services to the RV world and local businesses.
We have brought our vision of thoughtfully designed, curated experience for the refined RV’er with exceptional aesthetics, privacy and service!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Business and entrepreneur lifestyle is never smooth, lol. But instead a work the requires a passion to overcome obstacles and risk to partner with a passion for people!
Our team overcame design and many permitting hurdles to bring a new luxury RV and community space to a field with many constraints. The economy state has made it difficult to compete with large developers and banking requirements to take on the risk of a new market in this industry. Through creativity and partnership with other local business we broke through the hurdles with a wonderful team and new businesses n the area to open opportunities for new ventures.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We specialize in a jack of all trades. Our team of 3 includes much diversity , experience and passion for providing avenues for other businesses and hospitality. We have a ex- realtor and current firefighter that has passion for service. Our skills and true talent have over 20 years of engineering, construction and business development.
What sets us apart is our jack of all trades experience and resources that allows us to move faster and use creativity to industry that typically focus on bottom line and corporate priorities. We can design and bring to market concepts outside of the norm that can focus on people and the underlying needs of the industry.

What matters to us most is what drives us and where our passion leads. Passion drives quality and happiness to create, build and serve people in the most authentic way. Our passion is to create and to serve a higher purpose to community and build infrastructure for other businesses to succeed.
