Hi Rachael, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I was reading an article in a business journal in January of 2023 that sparked my interest. It stated that hybrid work spaces were a $1.3 billion a year business with low overhead and minimal staffing needs.
Since the space next door to my coffee shop, Major Perk, was still empty, I decided to give this a try. What did I have to loose since the build out would be minimal. Today, we have been in business 3 years and we continue to bring in new clients and help those who need office space but not the actually office and the expense is brings with it.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It’s been pretty smooth so far.
