Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Jacqueline Campbell, ND, LPC-S.
Hi Dr. Jacqueline , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
As a child, I could see there were so many areas that could be improved with the systems in our community. I wanted to make a change but I grew up in an unstable home. Generational trauma was passed down from my grandparents, to my parents, and then to my siblings. I was disconnected, cold, and aggressive. So before I could have any impact in a more positive way, that was more authentic to me, I needed to heal myself first.
At 17 I joined the Marine Corps and went overseas for the next six years. I experienced a lot of great things in different cultures and it opened my mind to what was out in the world and suffering that was equal to and often greater than my own. I worked on myself in therapy and started taking college courses which led me to doing a deep dive on healing myself. I moved into the mental health field where I learned about the mind-body connection and I developed a focus in neuroscience. This allowed me to help many walk the same path I did to healing, in finding our true authentic selves.
My desire for changing the systems of America didn’t subside during my journey, they were amplified. When I moved into executive coaching and public speaking, I set out to assist entrepreneurs in balancing their nervous system so they can enjoy the peace that comes with internal alignment. This opened doors to my true calling.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
This path has not been easy. Not only did I have to overcome my own false identity, dysfunctional dynamics, and negative mindset but I had to overcome generational themes; my own limitations, other’s projections on me, and society’s expectations. It was very lonely and when I finally overcame enough to really try to have an impact, I still had to overcome business obstacles. This was a whole other level of difficulty because when I finally had the confidence and the ability to bet everything on myself, I kept failing. I feel like our Creator has a very specific way of teaching us by sharpening our wisdom and discernment to be a perfect fit for our path ahead. When you have a large calling, often your struggle mirrors that. Building resilience and grit isn’t something that I’m necessarily proud of. It’s something that provided me humility because it was so hard to just keep going. I don’t think I could count the amount of times I wanted to quit. Sometimes the only reason why I kept going was because I just knew that I couldn’t stop. But it definitely helped me learn to enjoy the little things in life.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Our vision is to create a world where healing, emotional intelligence, and conscious self-leadership are the foundation of human evolution, expanding minds, hearts, and systems for a more connected and empowered future.
Our mission is to elevate personal and collective growth by offering transformative courses that heal trauma, cultivate emotional intelligence, and expand the human brain. We empower individuals, couples, and organizations, including corporations, schools, hospitals, and law enforcement, to lead with empathy, awareness, and accountability through our strategic, science-based programs.
Currently, I’m working on a certification program for emotional intelligent leadership that I would like to implement into every school, police department, and hospital in the US. This is a vision that’s been in my heart for as long as I can remember and is finally coming to fruition. As we improve ourselves, I believe it gives us the ability to improve the people and environment around us. This is the gift of our pain and when channeled, I believe we can change the world.

What’s next?
This year is the pilot for our certification in emotional intelligent leadership where we endeavor to obtain proof of concept so next year we can launch our full certification. Over the next 10 years, we plan to expand throughout the US and legalize a required certification for every cop, teacher and healthcare worker in America. We strive to revolutionize emotional intelligence in the US. Our children’s children deserve the shift that’s coming.
