Meet Jeremiah Flores of CM3 LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeremiah Flores.

Hi Jeremiah, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Thank you for having me! My name is Jeremiah Flores and I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas.

I was able to achieve where I am today by climbing up the corporate ladder and pursuing higher education. I began at fourteen doing door-to-door sales and then transitioning into a corporate role.

In doing so the company flourished. We grew from a 3 million dollar company to 10 and a projection of 24 million this year. This being the result of the many late nights, skipped meals, and unwavering dedication.

I was able to be where I am today by remaining true to the principles that I hold dear. Those principles being community service, cultural awareness, scholarship, and brotherhood. Community service to give back to the people that believed in me and helped me grow into the man I am today. Cultural awareness to remember what our past generations have done and sacrificed to push us ahead. Scholarship to develop, understand, and solve the problems you face. And brotherhood to cultivate honorable friendships with the common goal to advance and nurture.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I am a firm believer that anything worth doing takes time and commitment. Juggling school and working full time was a struggle in itself that taught me how valuable time truly is. While pursing my BBA in Accounting my father was diagnosed with leukemia. My days consisted of morning classes, afternoon working and then nights at the intensive care unit. I was pushed to my brink physically, emotionally and mentally. My father’s last words were not words at all, but instead a smile that slanted his eyes with love. And so I completed my bachelor’s degree and took it further to also obtain my Master’s in his honor.

Growing up overcoming the adversity of being a young Hispanic male was another battle. In any background, there will be those who try to limit what you are capable of, tell you who you are, or attempt to discourage you. It is important that you have faith and aim to be someone you are proud of despite the obstacles.

For me, 2025 brought a new set of challenges. It was a regular night when I suffered from a cluster of seizures and was taken to the hospital. The first day after waking I attempted to stand but could not feel my legs. This was due to hitting my head from falling while I was seizing.

After days in the hospital and the series of tests they ran, they diagnosed me with epilepsy. As an epileptic in Texas you must be three months seizure free to drive, there are activities you can do longer participate in, and tasks that you cannot do alone. It felt like my independence had been taken from me overnight. Adjusting to the diagnosis and medication took months. There were many times where I felt like a prisoner in my own head and body.

Overcoming this mindset was unlike anything before but thanks to friends and family I now have a new outlook on life and what happened. That night my heart could have given out, I could have suffered a brain aneurysm, lost mobility, or even passed. I am eternally greatful for the friends and family that were there for me. A new goal of mine is to encourage those that are also affected by epilepsy to stay strong. Although for each of us it is a different struggle together we must not give up or give in. We are survivors and our story is one of bravery and perseverance.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about CM3 LLC?
CM3 LLC is a full general contracting company that has been helping communities since 2006. We have completed roofing, exterior, and interior construction projects for communities across the United States. There is no project too big for CM3. From hospitals, schools, municipal buildings, government entities, multi-residential and resorts.
What sets CM3 apart from others is the service we provide, the loyalty we have to our clients, and our transparency. I am most proud of the people we have helped after the natural disasters that occurred in Missouri and Florida.
We were amongst the first responders in St Louis, Missouri for the tornado that occurred in 2025 and for Hurricanes Helene, Milton, Idalia, Nicole, and Ida in Florida. CM3 partnered with One90 Smoked Meats in Dallas to bring over 1,000 pounds of meat, food, and water to local churches in SouthWest Florida.

Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
Not necessarily, I would watch reels and clips of influential people such as Muhammad Ali’s retirement speech, Matthew McConaughey’s Oscar speech, and others similar clips. Since my epilepsy diagnosis I started to research people who have done amazing things while living with the condition. Some of those people are Theodore Roosevelt, Isaac Newton, Harriet Tubman, Prince, Cameron Boyce and Lil Wayne to name a few. Who did not allow their condition to limit what they could do.
