Hi Anshu, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
As I begin my journey in US and background and education as Chef and master in catering , also taught in food Corporation in Pune and once in US after initial stint in IT started my entrepreneurial journey with my dream as opening my restaurant in Frisco. In 2017 Anshu Seth’s life took a dramatic turn when a devastating kitchen fire left her hospitalized in the ICU for three months, with doctors fearing she would never cook again. Yet, her determination proved stronger than the odds. Not only did Anshu return to the kitchen, she revived Sigree, a restaurant that was once on the verge of closing. With her resilience and passion, she transformed it into a thriving hub of North Indian cuisine. Now she has been running its Addison location with wide variety to menu and with great customer appreciation .
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
AS mentioned my accident in 2017 , aong with COVID and as being a women chef and entreprenanuer it has been difficult jorney but with my passion and hardwork has been able to overcome it
