Meet Lily Andrews of Lotiva

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lily Andrews.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Early in my career, I kept seeing business owners doing everything they were told to do and never understanding why they kept getting burned by marketing agencies, freelancers, or even family members. They had ads running, tools stacked on tools, and multiple people involved, yet no clear understanding of what was actually working or what to do next. All they knew was that money was going out, but not enough was coming back to cover the cost of their ad spend.

That never sat right with me. If someone is trusting you with their business and their hard-earned money, they deserve honesty. They deserve to know what’s happening, why it’s happening, and where their business is headed.

Lotiva came from that belief. What started as hands-on work with a few business owners grew steadily through referrals as the same problems kept showing up. Over time, that work expanded to include high-growth teams and established companies that needed structure to support fast scaling. We focus on understanding the person behind the decision, not just the numbers on a screen.

Today, Lotiva works with senior-level talent only. We support businesses at all stages of growth, from companies finding their footing to organizations managing complex, high-budget decisions. When people work with us, they work directly with the team responsible for their outcomes.

My core mission is to show business owners what good stewardship looks like. Whether a company is reinvesting its first budget or managing millions in revenue, their budget represents their families, work, employees, and their future. We understand that. That’s why Lotiva is built around understanding how people think, search, and decide, and applying that understanding in ways that support scale without losing control.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
One of the biggest challenges has been building the right team. Senior-level talent is hard to find, and we were intentional about not growing faster than we could support with experience. We chose to expand carefully rather than compromise the quality of the work or the level of responsibility we bring to our clients.

Another challenge has been trust. Many of the businesses that come to us have been burned before by agencies or freelancers who overpromised and underdelivered. By the time they reach out, they are cautious and understandably skeptical. No amount of words could win them over. Trust had to be earned through our actions and profitable results.

Once clients see how we work and understand what’s happening behind the scenes, that hesitation fades. Transparent communication builds confidence, and confidence leads to long-term healthy partnerships. Those early challenges shaped how we operate today and reinforced why we built Lotiva the way we did.

We’ve been impressed with Lotiva, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Lotiva is a growth partner for companies that are tired of marketing feeling hopeless. We work with businesses at every stage, including high-growth teams and established companies, and we help them scale without losing direction or wasting spend.

Our core work spans digital marketing, website design, branding, media production, and AI automation. What we’re known for is bringing structure to the parts that usually fall apart as a business grows. Messaging gets inconsistent. Campaigns start pulling in different directions. Tools pile up. Owners and leadership teams end up making decisions without a full picture. We step in, simplify what’s happening, and build a plan people can follow and measure.

What sets us apart is how we’re built. Clients work directly with the people responsible for outcomes. That creates faster decisions and a much healthier working relationship.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of our standards and how consistent we’ve stayed as we’ve grown. We tell the truth. We stay involved. We don’t sell people on things they don’t need. We treat a budget like it’s our responsibility to protect, because it represents families, work, employees, and a future someone is trying to build.

Lotiva is built for long-term growth. We help companies scale in a way that feels organized, profitable, and sustainable, without constant resets every time the business hits a new level.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
One of my favorite childhood memories was a conversation I had with my dad when I was about twelve years old. We were at home, and I remember feeling unsure about what I wanted to do when I grew up, even at that age. I asked him what I should focus on, and without overthinking it, he told me to do something I love and I’d never feel like I was working a day in my life.

At the time, it sounded simple, almost obvious. I didn’t fully understand what it meant, but it stuck with me. As I grew up and started choosing what to spend my time on, I kept coming back to that idea. It gave me permission to follow what I was naturally drawn to and take my interests seriously.

Looking back now, that one moment shaped the direction I took and the way I think about work and purpose.
