Hi Sapi, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Im from Thailand, I came to Fort Worth Texas when I was 1 year and a couple months old and have been here ever since with my family of 5 older sibling and a mother and father who worked day and night to provide a decent living for us. In order for to have a home to live under, options to eat from, beds to sleep on they did what they had to. I am who I am because of the care of amazing parents. Fort Worth Texas is home and I am proud to call it home. After graduating high school, I went straight into Champions School of Real Estate and committed myself fully, taking classes back to back. I was determined to start my career strong, and that dedication paid off when I passed my real estate licensing exam on the first try.
Once licensed, I interviewed with several brokerages to find the right fit. From the very first interview, I felt aligned with Local Realty Agency. The culture, the support, and the leadership immediately stood out to me. I chose them and have been there ever since.
Being part of this brokerage has been an incredible experience. I’m surrounded by amazing people and guided by an amazing broker, Trisha Moore, who fosters an environment centered on growth, professionalism, and genuine support.
Real estate is something I am truly passionate about. I have always wanted to help people in meaningful ways, and I genuinely feel that this is the path I am supposed to be on. Helping others — whether it’s guiding them through their first home purchase or supporting them through a major life transition — feels like my purpose. For me, real estate isn’t just about transactions; it’s about impact, relationships, and serving others during one of the most important decisions of their lives.
I’m proud of how I started — focused, motivated, and intentional — and I’m excited to continue growing, learning, and helping as many people as I can.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
There are struggles but life isn’t without struggle every bump you come across is just a path for better greatness in my opinion! It has not been a smooth road, which only motivates me to evaluate myself and what I can do better for the people around me and what I can do to better structure my business in ways where there shouldn’t be a negative thought about my business.
