Conversations with Araz Adamian

Today we’d like to introduce you to Araz Adamian.

Hi Araz, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’ve been around the towing industry for as long as I can remember, but I got my first official job in the industry at 19 as a night time dispatcher. Did my best to be good at my job and just moved up the ladder with them holding various responsibilities. I get asked to move to Dallas to manage a new tow company they were planning on opening. I did that for 3 years while being overworked and underpaid.. and one day my girlfriend (now wife) told me we should start our own tow company. We opened in 2020, and now in 2026 we have 6 units 7 employees & thousands of happy drivers

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all, being young in the industry you have a lot to prove. Most of the big insurance contracts think you’re there for a quick buck.. there’s no quick dollar in the tow game. When I opened my business I was 25, my average employee is 41 years old so stepping in as a leader to employees who have been mistreated and are older was a huge step. At the end of the day you have to show up for your guys and your name, that’s the only way these contracts take you serious.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
We’re known as the guys who can get it done. We never say no to a tow. When you wake up a to get ready for work, only to find out your car isn’t working already starts your day behind and on the bad side.. we set the standard by making sure our timing to you is accurate, our drivers show up informed & ready to get you rolling all while trying to make you laugh or smile. We don’t just show up for the car, we show up for the member, the customer. Nothing feels better than knowing the professional on the job is good, caring & knowledgeable. That alone takes your worry off the vehicle and onto the next step of your day.

I want to say the thing I’m most proud of are 2 things actually. One, I named this company after my soul dog. Tiger, he was an angel and helped me in so many ways to become who I am today. He’s very missed but I know heaven is treating him very well. I am also extremely proud of my staff, my dispatcher & my drivers are by far the most important group of guys in my life. Outside of showing up for work, these guys go beyond every single time to ensure the job is done right. They show up daily in good moods, even though life can be at your front door a few too many times.. these guys never make it about them. I will brag and say I have the most selfless crew in DFW, I have too much love for my staff they are really the reason why we are this big today

What makes you happy?
Not a lot of things make me happy truly. With my dog passing it’s been a daily discovery of what’s going on, who am I & where am I… but the one thing that makes me happy is knowing I can be relied on. It’s tough to have weight on your shoulders constantly, but I ask myself if not me then who ? My mom doesn’t have to worry about rent, wife and baby girl will always be taken care of, my staff knows if they are ever in a jam or need to go to a family event there’s no questions about it. My happiness is making other people happy.
