Community Highlights: Meet Yvonne Saldivar & Stephanie Adolff-Zamora of Café con Corazón

Today we’d like to introduce you to Yvonne Saldivar & Stephanie Adolff-Zamora.

Yvonne & Stephanie, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Café con Corazón was born out of a real, honest conversation between two entrepreneurs who knew they were meant to build something together.

Stephanie originally had her own officiant business and later joined Blissful & Blessed Unions as a contractor. As we grew closer professionally, she expressed wanting to come on as an exclusive officiant—but in a candid, heart-to-heart conversation, she shared something that mattered deeply to her: she didn’t want to lose her entrepreneurial spirit or business identity.

And that moment? That’s where everything shifted.

Instead of choosing one path, we created a new one.

We combined our strengths—her hands-on service experience, along with years of leadership and operational experience and my vision, branding, and love for creating meaningful experiences—and Café con Corazón was born.

From idea to full-on execution, we brought this business to life in under six weeks. What started as a spark quickly turned into something real, intentional, and full of heart.

We officially launched on 2/22/2026, and since then, we’ve been rocking and rolling—with multiple events booked right out the gate and growing momentum every single week.

At its core, Café con Corazón is about more than coffee. It’s about honoring who we are as women in business, creating something of our own, and showing up to every event with purpose, energy, and Amor in Every Pour.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s actually been a pretty smooth road—but not because it’s been easy. It’s been smooth because we’re intentional.

One of our biggest strengths is that we truly complement each other. We stay in our lanes, we respect each other’s expertise, and we lead with trust. That’s what’s allowed us to move quickly and build something solid in such a short amount of time.

That said, we’re both used to being our own bosses. So naturally, there have been moments where we’ve had to navigate what it looks like to share power, decision-making, and creative direction. Not from a place of conflict—but from learning how to lead together instead of independently. That takes communication, self-awareness, and a lot of respect.

Another challenge has been stepping into a market that can feel saturated at times. There are a lot of coffee carts out there, so early on we really had to ask ourselves: what makes us different?

And the answer became very clear.

Our edge is our vibe. It’s our intentionality. It’s our ability to blend culture, personality, and experience into everything we do. From the way we show up, to the way we name and curate our drinks, to how we connect with people—Café con Corazón isn’t just a service, it’s a feeling, it’s a culture of its own.

So while there have been growing pains, every challenge has helped us get clearer, stronger, and more aligned in who we are and what we bring to the table.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Café con Corazón is a mobile coffee and beverage experience designed for all kinds of events—from weddings and quinceañeras to corporate gatherings, private parties, and brand activations. Wherever people are coming together, we’re there to add something memorable to the atmosphere.

One of the things that really sets us apart is how personalized the experience is. For many of our clients, we offer a private tasting where they get to sit down with us, explore flavors, and create drinks that feel true to them. From there, we take it a step further by naming their signature drinks—turning something as simple as a latte or matcha into a detail that feels custom, thoughtful, and fun.

We’re known for being intentional in how we show up. It’s not just about what’s on the menu—it’s how it’s presented, how it fits into the event, and how guests interact with it. Whether it’s a high-volume service or a more curated setup, we make sure it feels seamless and elevated.

What we’re most proud of is that people don’t just remember the drinks—they remember the experience. They come back to the cart, they talk about it, they take photos with it. That kind of impact doesn’t happen by accident—it’s something we’ve built with purpose.

At the end of the day, Café con Corazón is about creating moments that feel personal, thoughtful, and full of energy—no matter the type of event.

What matters most to you?
What matters most to us is how people feel.

At the end of the day, anyone can serve a drink—but not everyone creates a moment. We care deeply about the experience we’re part of, the energy we bring, and the way people interact with what we’ve built.

It matters to us that our clients feel seen in the details. That their event feels like them. That when guests walk up to our cart, it’s not just about grabbing a drink—it’s a pause, a conversation, a memory being made.

It also matters to us that we’re building something that reflects who we are. We both came into this with a strong sense of independence and pride in our work, so creating a business where we can honor that, while also growing together, means everything. There’s a lot of intention behind how we operate, how we make decisions, and how we show up for each other and for our clients.

And beyond that, culture and connection matter to us. The way we incorporate personality, flavor, and identity into what we do—it’s not random, it’s purposeful. We want people to feel that.

Because when it’s all said and done, people may forget what they drank—but they’ll never forget how it made them feel. And that’s what matters most to us.
