Today we’d like to introduce you to Sara Conner.
Hi Sara, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I didn’t start with a business plan—I started with a question: is this all there is?
Born and raised in the island of Jamaica, I have have overcome a lot of different situations such as the murder of my mother to sexual assaults. Sometimes that’s all you’re left with is a question that pulls you up and out.
I was the woman who looked like she had it together on the outside but felt unfinished on the inside. I was showing up for everyone else—family, work, responsibilities—but there were dreams, ideas, and callings I kept putting off. Not because I didn’t care, but because I was waiting. Waiting for time, clarity, permission… something.
Over time, that waiting turned into frustration. And that frustration forced a decision: either I was going to keep living a life that looked right, or I was going to start building a life that “felt” right.
So I started.
Not perfectly. Not with all the answers. But with what I had.
That led me into public speaking on on Tedx and around the world, writing books, coaching, and eventually helping other women do the same thing—move from stuck to started, and more importantly, from started to finished. I’ve spent years working with women who have powerful ideas, stories, and skills but struggle to execute because of fear, overthinking, or years of conditioning to put themselves last.
Today, I lead communities and programs that help women turn their purpose into something tangible—whether that’s a course, a book, a business, or simply a decision they’ve been avoiding for years. My work sits at the intersection of faith, personal development, and practical execution.
What makes my journey meaningful to me isn’t just what I’ve built—it’s what I’ve finished.
Because I know what it feels like to carry something for years and finally say, “I’m not sitting on this anymore.”
And now, that’s the work—helping other women do the same.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
One of the biggest challenges on my journey to entrepreneurship was identity
I had to shift from who I was known to be… into who I was called to become. And that’s not a comfortable process. We all want to stay in what feels familiar, but comfort will keep you stuck. So I had to make a decision—was I going to stay recognizable to others, or become aligned with where I was going?
That meant letting go of expectations I had carried for years. Things I thought were “mine” but were really adopted—from culture, from relationships, from expectations I could no longer carry. I had to become okay with not being adaptive for the approval of others and be okay with honoring my own convictions.
The second challenge was accepting that you don’t wait for certainty in entrepreneurship.
You move in doubt.
You move in fear.
You move without having all the answers.
Coming from environments where stability and predictability are the goal, that was a shift. Entrepreneurship requires flexibility. You can create structure, yes—but you also have to learn how to trust yourself when things don’t feel secure yet.
And then there’s the challenge people don’t talk about enough—redesigning your life as your vision grows.
Not everyone can go with you. Not because they’re bad people, but because they’re aligned with a different life. When you’re building something new, your thinking changes, your priorities change, your environment has to change too.
Some people won’t understand the path because they’re not on it—and that’s something I had to accept without shrinking back.
So for me, the journey wasn’t just about building a business.
It was about becoming someone new, trusting myself in uncertainty, and having the courage to release what no longer fit the future I was building.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
POV: You finally finish the idea you started—and turn it into income.
My work sits at the intersection of purpose, communication, and execution. I don’t just inspire women to dream bigger. I teach them how to take the ideas they’ve been sitting on—books, courses, speaking, businesses—and actually complete them and get paid.
I specialize in public speaking, digital product creation, and message clarity. I am a Tedx speaker with over 25 years mentoring women. Whether it’s helping someone develop a signature talk, structure a course, or finally write and publish their book, my focus is always the same: move from “I’ve been thinking about it” to “it’s done and out in the world.”
What I’m known for is helping women cut through overwhelm. A lot of my clients don’t lack ideas—they have too many. They’re high-functioning, capable, and often the breadwinners in their homes, but they’re sitting on unfinished projects. I help them identify the one idea that can work now, build it quickly, and position it to generate income.
What sets me apart is that I don’t teach from theory. I teach from execution. I’ve built, launched, spoken, sold, and coached in real time—and I bring that into every room I’m in. I also bring a faith-centered perspective, helping women align their work with purpose, not just profit.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the environment I’ve created. My spaces are not about hype—they’re about completion. Women come in with confusion and leave with clarity, structure, and something tangible they’ve actually finished. That matters to me.
If there’s one thing I want people to know about my brand, it’s this: “I don’t just help you start. I help you finish.”
Whether through my private coaching, live experiences or retreats, everything I offer is designed to move women from stuck to done, and from purpose to paid.
Any big plans?
My focus moving forward is scale and depth.
I’ve spent years helping women go from stuck to starting. Now I’m building systems and spaces that help them finish, launch, and get paid—consistently.
One of the biggest things I’m expanding is my done with me live experiences. I’m creating more immersive weekends and intensives where women don’t just learn—they actually leave with something done. Whether that’s a talk, a digital product, or the structure for their book, I want the room to produce results, not just inspiration. On the side of discovering faith I am launching Beyond Sunday every 3rd Thursday where revelation meets real life starting May 21st at Launchbox Collective in Fort Worth.
I’m also developing stronger platforms for visibility. That includes a speaker network that connects women to real opportunities, as well as expanding into media, podcasts, and corporate spaces where communication and storytelling directly impact income and influence.
Another major focus is authorship. I’m continuing to write and also helping more women publish their own work—because I believe your voice shouldn’t just be heard in a moment, it should live beyond you.
Long term, I’m building a brand that sits at the intersection of faith, communication, and wealth creation—where women are not only discovering their purpose, but learning how to express it clearly and monetize it confidently.
And personally, I’m stepping into bigger rooms. Larger stages. More global conversations.
Not for visibility alone—but because I understand now that when one woman decides to fully use her voice, it creates permission for others to do the same.
On the side of discovering faith I am launching Beyond Sunday every 3rd Thursday where revelation meets real life. That’s what I’m building toward.
