Today we’d like to introduce you to Joaquin Franco.
Hi joaquin, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I grew up in a family that always ran their own business, which inspired me from a young age to want to build something of my own. With my dad being from Argentina and my mom from Mexico, I was exposed to both cultures, but I always felt a stronger connection to my Argentine side the food, the traditions, and the passion for fútbol.
When I noticed there weren’t many Argentine restaurants in the Dallas area, I brought the idea to my parents. Together, we worked to turn that idea into what it is today.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
it’s been pretty hard since we never had anything like this but we’ve gotten through it and all thanks to the lord above we’ve been doing really good waiting for the world cup here in dallas which is right around the corner!
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
