Today we’d like to introduce you to Roxanne Kilpatrick.
Hi Roxanne, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey really started from a place of purpose and personal transformation. Before I became a certified life and dating coach, I was navigating my own season of singleness, healing, and growth. I had to unlearn unhealthy relationship patterns, deepen my relationship with God, and truly understand what it meant to be whole before pursuing marriage.
I graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding people, behavior, and emotional patterns. But it was my personal walk with God and my real-life experiences that shaped my passion for helping others.
Over time, I began mentoring women in my community who were struggling in their personal & dating lives. What started as simple conversations turned into something much bigger. I realized there was a real need for faith-based guidance in dating and relationships, especially for high-achieving Christian women who desired marriage but wanted to do it God’s way.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Not at all, it hasn’t been a smooth road, but every challenge has shaped who I am today.
One of my biggest struggles was unlearning unhealthy relationship patterns and healing from past experiences. There were seasons where I felt discouraged, especially when things weren’t happening on my timeline. I had to fully surrender control to God and trust His process, even when it didn’t make sense.
On the business side, building a brand and community from the ground up came with its own challenges, learning how to show up consistently, and navigating growth while staying true to my values. There were moments where things didn’t convert the way I expected or events didn’t fill up as quickly, but I stayed committed to the vision.
I also had to grow in leadership, especially as my platform expanded and I began leading a team and serving thousands of people. That required maturity, discipline, and a willingness to evolve.
Looking back, the struggles were necessary. They built my faith, strengthened my voice, and gave me the real-life experience I now use to help other women navigate their own journeys.
We’ve been impressed with Crown of Beauty Coaching/Kingdom Connections, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am the CEO of Crown of Beauty Coaching and founder of Kingdom Connections, a global community for Christian singles. Through both brands, my mission is to help men and women build healthy, Christ-centered relationships and ultimately prepare for marriage God’s way.
With my coaching business, I specialize in helping high-achieving Christian women move from confusion and frustration in dating to clarity, confidence, and intentionality. I offer 1:1 coaching, group programs, and masterclasses that focus on healing, mindset, discernment, and positioning yourself to attract a Godly partner.
Through Kingdom Connections, we’ve created a space where singles can connect in a safe, faith-filled environment through events, workshops, and our online community. We host virtual mixers, speed dating, and in-person experiences like our annual Singles Weekend, where people can build real connections while growing spiritually and relationally.
What sets me apart is that I don’t just teach theory, I’ve lived it. My own journey, along with my marriage, is a reflection of the principles I teach. I combine practical dating strategies with strong biblical foundations, which allows my clients to not only attract the right partner but become the right partner.
What I’m most proud of is the impact. Seeing women go from feeling stuck and discouraged to confidently dating with purpose, and watching relationships form within our community, reminds me that this work is bigger than me. It’s about legacy, alignment, and helping people experience love the way God designed it.
Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
Yes, I’m very intentional about the resources I pour into, especially when it comes to relationships and marriage.
Books by Myles Munroe have had a major impact on me, particularly his teachings on the purpose of marriage and understanding Kingdom principles. His perspective really helped me see marriage beyond just emotions and focus on alignment, purpose, and roles from a biblical standpoint.
I also enjoy listening to the Dear Future Wifey Podcast. It’s been a powerful resource because it brings real, transparent conversations around love, healing, and relationships from a faith-based perspective. I love that it highlights both the preparation and the process of becoming a Godly spouse.
Overall, I’m very mindful to stay connected to resources that strengthen my faith, deepen my understanding of relationships, and align with the message I teach.
