Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeff & Ally Fazio.
Hi Jeff & Ally, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Lynne-Lee Experiences started in a very simple way, but it was always rooted in something bigger than just the service itself. We’ve always been drawn to hosting, creating environments where people feel taken care of, and paying attention to the small details that most people don’t notice but always remember.
What began with elevated charcuterie and grazing experiences quickly grew into something more. As we worked with more clients, we saw a consistent pattern. People weren’t just looking for great food. They were looking for a cohesive, thoughtful experience from start to finish. That realization is what pushed us to expand beyond graze into floral design and full event planning.
As a husband and wife team, we each bring different strengths to the business, but we share the same perspective. We believe events should feel intentional, not overdone. Elevated, but still personal. Every decision, from the layout of a table to the way guests move through a space, should contribute to how the event feels as a whole.
Recently, we made the decision to relocate to North Texas and build Lynne-Lee Experiences in a new market. That move was very intentional. It gave us the opportunity to refine our brand and lead with a more complete vision of what we do, which is designing and executing full event experiences through planning, florals, and curated food offerings.
Today, Lynne-Lee Experiences is built around that idea. Not just providing individual services, but creating events that feel cohesive, elevated, and memorable from beginning to end.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road, but most of the challenges we’ve faced have helped shape the way we run the business today.
One of the biggest challenges early on was figuring out how to grow without losing the level of detail and care that set us apart in the first place. As demand increased, it would have been easy to scale quickly, take on everything, and stretch ourselves too thin. Instead, we’ve had to be very intentional about what we say yes to, how we build our processes, and how we protect the client experience.
Another challenge has been evolving the business itself. What started as a focus on charcuterie naturally expanded into floral design and full event planning, but that kind of growth requires learning new skills, building new systems, and stepping into roles we hadn’t previously held. It pushed us to think beyond just delivering a product and start thinking in terms of full event execution.
Relocating to North Texas has also been a major transition. Moving into a new market means rebuilding visibility, relationships, and momentum from the ground up. At the same time, it’s given us the opportunity to refine our brand, simplify our offerings, and lead with a clearer vision of what Lynne-Lee Experiences is meant to be.
Looking back, none of those challenges were setbacks. They were all part of building a business that’s more intentional, more focused, and better aligned with the kind of experiences we want to create for our clients.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Lynne-Lee Experiences?
Lynne-Lee Experiences is a full-service event company specializing in planning, floral design, and elevated charcuterie catering for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations throughout North Texas.
What sets us apart is how we approach each event as a complete experience rather than a collection of individual services. Through Curate by Lynne-Lee, we lead with planning and coordination, allowing us to shape the overall vision, flow, and guest experience from the very beginning. From there, we layer in floral design through Bloom and grazing and catering through Graze, ensuring every element feels cohesive and intentionally designed.
We’re known for a style that is elevated but not overdone. We focus on clean, thoughtful design, natural textures, and details that enhance the experience without overwhelming it. Our goal is always to create events that feel effortless for the client and memorable for their guests.
As a husband and wife team, we bring both creative and operational perspectives into every event. That balance allows us to not only design beautiful environments, but also execute them with a high level of organization, communication, and attention to detail.
One of the things we’re most proud of is the way we’ve built the business to simplify the process for our clients. Instead of managing multiple vendors, our clients can work with one team that understands the full picture and is focused on how everything comes together.
At its core, Lynne-Lee Experiences is about more than providing services. It’s about creating events that feel intentional, elevated, and seamlessly executed from start to finish.
We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
We don’t tend to think of ourselves as risk-takers in the traditional sense. We’re very intentional in how we make decisions, but we’re also willing to make significant changes when we feel strongly about the direction we’re building toward.
One of the biggest risks we’ve taken was relocating our family and business to North Texas and essentially starting fresh in a new market. That meant stepping away from an established client base, rebuilding relationships, and creating visibility from the ground up. At the same time, it gave us the opportunity to refine our brand and lead with a clearer, more complete vision of what Lynne-Lee Experiences is meant to be.
Another major shift was evolving the business itself. What started as a focus on charcuterie grew into floral design and full event planning, which required us to step into new roles, learn quickly, and build systems that could support a more comprehensive service offering. That transition wasn’t about doing more, it was about doing things in a more intentional and cohesive way.
Our perspective on risk is less about taking big chances and more about making thoughtful decisions aligned with where we want to go long-term. When something supports that vision, we’re willing to commit fully and do the work required to make it successful.
