Hidden Gems: Meet Quinston Stubbs of Swift Stretch

Today we’d like to introduce you to Quinston Stubbs.

Hi Quinston, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Several years ago, I served as a team lead and manager for a wellness company that provided physical recovery and therapeutic services for people of all ages and fitness levels. While these services improved outcomes for many clients, I quickly recognized that entire communities lacked access to similar support due to financial barriers, distance from facilities, or limited awareness of preventive care. In response, I started a mobile health and wellness initiative designed to bring mobility, recovery, and health education services directly into underserved neighborhoods. Now, I am at a stage of strategic growth; we currently have a studio location and continue to operate mobile.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
One challenge that most service-based businesses, including ours, had to improve during startup was the sales process and client acquisition.

Once we had found ways to convert leads into customers, the obstacle became finding and creating the right systems to operate a business once clients and customers came.

Now that the company, customers, and contractors have seen growth, I was challenged with not getting ahead of this growth and scaling too fast.

As you know, we’re big fans of Swift Stretch. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Swift Stretch is an innovative mobile and in-studio assisted stretching and recovery company based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Our mission is to help busy professionals, athletes, and seniors move better, recover faster, and feel stronger at their convenience through personalized, tech-enabled recovery services. By blending human expertise with technology, Swift Stretch delivers flexibility, mobility, and recovery where people need it most: at home, in gyms, or in offices, or at our local studio.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I love animals, and in a business where we constantly interact with people, that may be one thing that never gets a light shone on it. I would love to find a way to implement animal stretches and massages.
