Hi Rachel, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I often say that my greatest qualifications didn’t come from a classroom. They came from walking through the fire.
For many years, I looked successful on the outside while quietly carrying insecurity, fear, brokenness, and the weight of past mistakes. Like so many women, I spent years searching for significance in achievement instead of identity. My life eventually unraveled through financial loss, personal struggles, and the painful consequences of trying to do life in my own strength.
Everything changed in 2006 when I surrendered my life to Jesus Christ. That decision didn’t just change what I believed. It transformed who I became. As I began renewing my mind through God’s Word, I discovered that healing isn’t just emotional or spiritual. God cares about every part of us: spirit, soul, and body.
That journey led me to become a coach, speaker, author, and mentor to women who are ready to stop surviving and start living with purpose. Over the years, I’ve helped women break free from limiting beliefs, restore their health, strengthen their marriages, grow in their faith, and step boldly into the calling God has placed on their lives.
I’m the author of Taming the Gypsy Heart, a book born from my own journey of learning to quiet the restless places in my heart and find true security in Christ instead of circumstances. Today, I lead Warrior Woman, where I equip women to renew their minds, build resilient health, walk in spiritual authority, and create lives that reflect the Kingdom of God in every area.
If my story has taught me anything, it’s this: your greatest setback can become the foundation of your greatest assignment. God doesn’t waste pain. He redeems it, restores it, and uses it to help others find hope.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Absolutely not. Looking back, I can see that every major obstacle became preparation for the next assignment.
Shortly after giving my life to Christ in 2006, I lost my corporate job. At the time, it felt devastating, but today I see it as one of God’s greatest gifts. It forced me to step into entrepreneurship, which gave me the freedom to share my faith wherever I went instead of leaving it at the office door.
My husband and I built a successful training business, and in 2010 we entered the network marketing industry. Over the next nine years, we built a multimillion-dollar organization and experienced incredible success. Then, in 2019, one phone call changed everything. The company restructured its compensation plan, and the business we’d spent nearly a decade building disappeared almost overnight. We lost our primary income and learned one of the most valuable business lessons of our lives: never rely on a single source of income.
Rather than staying stuck in disappointment, we adapted. We built multiple income streams, owned and operated two Anytime Fitness franchises, and continued looking for opportunities that aligned with our values. Today, we’ve gone all in on blockchain technology because we believe decentralized systems represent a powerful shift toward giving people greater ownership and financial opportunity. That decision has opened doors we never imagined and completely changed the trajectory of our lives.
The business challenges weren’t the only battles. My husband and I have had to fight for our marriage through difficult seasons. I’ve faced serious health challenges, financial uncertainty, and moments where I truly wondered how we would make it through. Through it all, my faith has been my anchor. Every setback strengthened my resilience, deepened my dependence on God, and reminded me that our greatest breakthroughs are often hidden inside our greatest trials.
If my journey has taught me anything, it’s that success isn’t measured by how few obstacles you face. It’s measured by your willingness to keep moving forward, trusting that God can redeem every setback for a greater purpose.
We’ve been impressed with Warrior Women Mastermind, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Warrior Woman was born from my own healing journey. After years of coaching women, I realized that many of the highest-achieving women were carrying the deepest wounds. They were incredibly successful in business but often struggling in their marriages, overwhelmed by responsibility, and exhausted from feeling like they had to carry everything on their shoulders.
I primarily work with high-performing female entrepreneurs, executives, CEOs, founders, and business owners who have built successful companies but want the same level of success in their personal lives. Many of them grew up without healthy examples of love, security, or emotional safety. As a result, they’ve learned to survive by staying in control, performing, and leading from constant pressure rather than from peace.
What sets Warrior Woman apart is that we don’t just work on business strategy or mindset. We focus on whole-person transformation. I help women heal from past wounds, renew their minds, strengthen their faith, improve their health, restore intimacy in their marriages, and learn how to lead from a place of wholeness instead of striving.
One of the foundational principles I teach is to “seek first the Kingdom.” For me, that means living with the right priorities and alignment: putting God first, cultivating a healthy marriage and family, stewarding your health, and then leading your business from that place of order. When those priorities are aligned, everything else becomes more sustainable and more impactful.
What I’m most proud of isn’t the businesses I’ve built or the revenue my clients generate. It’s watching women experience real transformation. I’ve seen marriages restored, families healed, businesses thrive, and women rediscover the joy and peace they thought they had lost. Success means very little if you lose yourself in the process. My mission is to help women build lives that are as healthy at home as they are successful in the boardroom.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that everything flows from identity.
For years, I believed I had to prove my worth through achievement. I chased success, approval, significance, and the next accomplishment, only to discover that none of those things could give me the security I was looking for.
Everything changed when I understood my identity as a daughter of God. When you know who you are, you stop chasing what was never meant to define you. You stop striving for significance because you already have it. You stop leading from fear and start leading from peace.
One of the principles I live by comes from Matthew 6:33: “Seek first the Kingdom of God.” That’s not just a spiritual concept. It’s a blueprint for life. When God is first and your priorities are aligned, everything else begins to find its proper place.
Ironically, I’ve found that the people who spend their lives chasing success rarely find lasting fulfillment. But when you pursue purpose, steward what God has entrusted to you, and live from your true identity instead of for your identity, success has a way of following you.
Today, I don’t measure success by titles, income, or influence. I measure it by obedience. If I’m faithfully becoming the woman God created me to be, everything else is simply fruit.
