Today we’d like to introduce you to Ashley Rossi.
Hi Ashley, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Starting out I was not interested in the traditional college pathway. I decided to do esthetics and after gaining 15 years of experience and training under a master lash trainer for two and a half years I opened Lashley Lash in 2019!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I was a single mom at the time and resources were limited- I used my savings and credit. Navigating the $28.16 left in my account on opening day, fears of the unknown, and basically jumping off the cliff and building the plane on the way down paved the way mentally for the entrepreneur I am today.

I specialize in a natural lash finish. The thick Russian volume look is in with all the fun specialty lashes — and I do them but I love a natural, classic finish! It’s just timeless and doesn’t look so stark when you are without makeup. I like for my clients to be asked, “Are those your real lashes?” Big compliment for me!
