Hi Taylor , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I grew up in Minnesota and, in May 2024, made the decision to move to Dallas, knowing very few people but feeling called to create a life that would challenge me, inspire me, and help me grow. Starting over in a new city was both exciting and humbling, but it quickly became one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
Professionally, my career has been rooted in building relationships and connecting people. I began my career in recruiting and have since transitioned into product management, where I enjoy solving problems, creating systems, and helping bring ideas to life. Throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: my passion for people.
That passion eventually evolved into Haus of Hayvyn. What started as an idea has become a growing community centered around wellness, personal growth, meaningful conversations, and authentic connection. My vision has never been to simply host events or build a social media following. I want to create spaces where women feel empowered to invest in themselves, build genuine friendships, and leave feeling more aligned than when they arrived.
Today, I’m balancing a full-time career while building Haus of Hayvyn from the ground up. I’m still in the early stages of this journey, and I love that readers get to see this chapter as it’s unfolding. My hope is that Haus of Hayvyn becomes more than a brand—it becomes a community where women feel seen, inspired, and reminded that growth is something we experience together.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but I’ve learned that some of the most meaningful growth comes from the seasons you never planned for.
Since moving to Dallas, I’ve navigated career transitions, financial setbacks, and the uncertainty that comes with building something from the ground up. There were seasons where I was simply trying to keep my head above water financially while still refusing to give up on the dream God placed on my heart. At the same time, I was balancing a demanding full-time career, returning to school, and pouring my time, energy, and resources into a vision that hadn’t yet produced immediate results.
Building Haus of Hayvyn has required me to wear every hat; founder, event planner, marketer, community builder, and everything in between. There have been countless late nights, moments of self-doubt, and times when I questioned whether I was doing enough. But every challenge has strengthened my “why” and reminded me that meaningful things take time to build.
Through it all, my faith has been my anchor. I’ve learned that success isn’t built overnight—it’s built through consistency, obedience, and showing up even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed. Every obstacle has shaped me into a stronger leader, deepened my empathy for others, and reinforced my belief that our greatest challenges often become our greatest testimony.
Looking back, I wouldn’t erase those difficult seasons because they’ve given me the resilience, perspective, and purpose I now carry into every area of my life. If anything, they’ve taught me that it’s okay to be a work in progress. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start you just have to be willing to take the next step.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
My career has always centered around people. I started in recruiting, where I had the opportunity to connect talented individuals with meaningful careers, and today I’m building my career in product management, where I get to solve problems, improve processes, and build experiences that make an impact. Although the roles are different, they’ve both reinforced something I deeply value: listening first, understanding people’s needs, and creating thoughtful solutions.
Outside of my full-time career, I’m the founder of Haus of Hayvyn, a wellness and community brand dedicated to helping women align, evolve, and elevate every area of their lives. Through thoughtfully curated events and authentic conversations, my goal is to create spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to invest in themselves, build meaningful relationships, and confidently pursue the life they’re called to create.
What I’m most proud of isn’t a title or a specific accomplishment—it’s having the courage to keep building. Balancing a full-time career, pursuing my degree, and growing a business has required discipline, resilience, and a willingness to learn every day. Watching women attend a Haus of Hayvyn event, make genuine connections, and leave feeling encouraged reminds me why I started.
I believe what sets me apart is my ability to combine strategy with heart. Whether I’m leading a project at work or planning a community event, I approach everything with intention, empathy, and a genuine desire to leave people better than I found them.
Looking ahead, my hope is to continue growing as a product leader while expanding Haus of Hayvyn into a national community that empowers women through wellness, connection, and personal growth. At the end of the day, I want my work—professionally and personally—to create opportunities for people to grow, connect, and realize they’re capable of more than they ever imagined.
What matters most to you? Why?
My faith is the foundation of everything I do. It shapes how I approach my career, my relationships, and the community I’m building through Haus of Hayvyn.
What matters most to me is creating genuine connection. We live in a world where we’re more connected than ever through technology, yet so many people still feel lonely. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and like they have a place where they belong. That’s the heart behind Haus of Hayvyn.
Moving from Minnesota to Dallas reminded me just how important community is. Starting over in a new city pushed me outside my comfort zone, but it also showed me how life-changing it can be when people welcome you with kindness and authenticity. That experience inspired me to create the kind of environment I was looking for—a space where women can show up exactly as they are, build meaningful friendships, and grow alongside one another.
I’m also passionate about living with intention. Whether it’s my career, my business, or my personal life, I want to keep becoming the woman God has called me to be. I don’t believe anyone has life completely figured out, and I think there’s something powerful about being honest about where you are while continuing to move forward with faith.
My hope is that every woman who attends a Haus of Hayvyn event leaves feeling a little lighter, a little more confident, and reminded that she doesn’t have to navigate life alone. To me, that’s what success looks like—not perfection or recognition, but creating a community where women feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to become the best version of themselves.
