Today we’d like to introduce you to Olivia (Coach “O”) Ibezim.
Hi Olivia (Coach “O”), can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Wellness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It has always been woven into who I am, so turning that passion into a career felt like a natural path. Today, I help others pursue total wellness by creating opportunities for people to move, connect, and grow physically, mentally, and spiritually through W.O.W. Lifestyles.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Growing up in a Nigerian household, the expectation was to pursue traditional careers like law, medicine, or becoming a professor. At the time, anything outside of those paths was often seen as a hobby rather than a profession. It took me years to fully embrace that wellness was my calling and to have the confidence to share my gift with the world.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I specialize in creating wellness experiences that make people feel alive, connected, and celebrated. I’m known for thinking outside the box and curating events that blend fitness, community, joy, and purpose. Whether it’s a line dance brunch, a wellness retreat, couples intimacy workshops or a group fitness experience, my goal is to create an atmosphere where people don’t just work out—they celebrate themselves with a W.O.W Fit Party🎉.
What I’m most proud of is helping people realize that wellness doesn’t have to feel like a chore. It can be fun, cheerful, empowering, and something you genuinely look forward to. I believe that’s what sets me apart—my creativity and my ability to transform wellness into an unforgettable celebration that leaves people feeling refreshed, inspired, and wanting more.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
I define success as the ability to stay committed with consistency so I can see my goals achieved and obtained. Success, whether big or small, is also reflected in the moments when I receive text messages, emails, or social media posts where someone tags me sharing that they experienced success for themselves through the W.O.W LIFESTYLES program. Those moments remind me that the work is making a real impact.
For me, success is not just about personal achievement, but about the transformation of others. It’s seeing people apply what they’ve learned, grow in their own journey, and feel proud of their progress. That is what truly fulfills me and lets me know I am walking in my purpose.
