Today we’d like to introduce you to Inna Matveyuk.
Hi Inna, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My name is Inna Matveyuk, I’m Certified Professional Midwife in Dallas/Fort Worth area. I’m a faith-led midwife with a heart for serving women through Christ-centered, holistic care.
I was born and raised in Ukraine, and my dream of becoming a midwife started all the way back in 5th grade. Years later, that calling deepened through the births of my own five children.
Each experience shaped me, strengthened my faith, and led me to where I am today—walking alongside other women during one of the most sacred times of their lives.
I offer home birth services, natural birth education, and compassionate care from pregnancy through postpartum. My mission is to honor my client’s body in her journey as she welcomes new life into the world.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There is something profoundly beautiful about walking alongside a woman during one of the most important moments of her life. For me, midwifery is more than a profession—it is a calling and a privilege.
I love midwifery because it allows me to witness the very beginning of a new life. Every birth is unique. Every mother has her own story, her own strength, her own hopes and fears. Being welcomed into that sacred space and trusted to support a family as they meet their baby for the first time is an honor I never take for granted.
