IYKYK Mochi Churro started with a simple idea to create a fun twist on a classic churro. We combined a crispy outside with a chewy mochi texture, and it quickly became something our customers loved. We’ve been growing ever since.

It hasn’t always been easy. One of our biggest challenges was introducing a new concept that many people had never tried before. We focused on consistency, quality, and listening to our customers, which helped us grow along the way.
