Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Hi! My name is Lan Nhi Nguyen, and I’m an aesthetic nurse injector. My career in healthcare started as a medical assistant in 2009, and I became a Registered Nurse in 2013. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work across several specialties, including internal medicine, pediatrics, neurology, orthopedics, and intensive care, before finding my true passion in medical aesthetics, where I’ve spent the last eight years.
Today, you can find me practicing alongside the incredible board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Stuart Lipton, in Lewisville, Texas.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but I’m grateful for the experiences that shaped me along the way. I was raised by a single mother, and we experienced financial and domestic hardships, including periods of living in shelters. Those experiences taught me resilience at a very young age and gave me a deep appreciation for compassion and the importance of helping others.
I was also a teen mom. There were many moments when I had to push through challenges not only for myself, but for my daughter. She became one of my greatest motivations to keep going, even when things felt difficult or uncertain.
Looking back, those experiences have shaped the person and provider I am today. They taught me that your circumstances don’t have to define your future, and I’m grateful that the challenges I faced ultimately gave me the strength and purpose to build the life and career I have today.

Dr. Lipton is a board-certified plastic surgeon with more than two decades of experience and a reputation for combining technical precision with an artistic eye. He specializes in breast augmentation, breast lifts and reductions, with a strong emphasis on natural-looking results, while also offering tummy tucks, liposuction, mommy makeovers, facelifts, eyelid surgery, and nose contouring. His extensive training includes Johns Hopkins, The University of Texas Medical School in San Antonio, and the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. His reputation has also attracted patients from across the United States and internationally.
Lan Nhi Nguyen, RN, brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience and extensive experience in medical aesthetics to the practice. With a clinical background spanning neurology, orthopedics, pediatrics, and intensive care, she brings a strong foundation in patient safety and medical care to her work as an aesthetic nurse injector. Her focus is on facial balancing, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments that enhance rather than change a patient’s natural features.
Together, Dr. Lipton and Lan Nhi offer a comprehensive approach to aesthetics that bridges surgical and nonsurgical treatments.
