Daily Inspiration: Meet Alumni Royale

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alumni Royale.

Hi Alumni, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I was born and raised in Dallas Texas and grew up in a small church in Dallas raised by my single and widowed father who raised me until he died when I was 18. My mother whom has cancer died when I was 7 years old. Growing up in church I naturally enjoyed music and singing in the choir and indulging in youth activities. From there my passion for poetry and music expanded and the first song I ever wrote and recorded was a gospel rap song. While performing in church I was told that I should peruse music seriously and from there I began my journey. I was affiliated with a local entertainment recording label in Dallas owned by Charles Gibbs who helped me get established as a recording artist. Since then I have released 2 projects and several singles. One of my singles Werewolf at Night has been featured on local Dallas news station WFAA in promotion of there new show Day Break. Alumni Royale has recently released embraced his acting career. And will be appearing in a couple of undisclosed roles in the near future. Alumni Royale has recently released two summer singles “Body Hight” featuring the talented EyeV also from Dallas Texas and another release of his conscious aware single “Nappy”. Alumni Royale continues to embrace his artistry from all sides and will be releasing a full length EP by summer 2027.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The challenges can be as hard as you allow them. Being independent as an artist can be challenging but it’s important to continue to embrace who you are as an artist and not allow the outside noise to control your narrative of who you are and who you want to be

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
