Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexia Rodrigue.
Hi Alexia, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
At the center of Easy Nest is Alexia Rodriguez, our Founder and Owner, whose passion for helping people through life’s biggest transitions is what makes our work so personal.
Alexia started Easy Nest after helping a close friend navigate a stressful move during a divorce. Room by room, they created “keep” and “donate” piles, and she watched the weight lift as her friend’s home became orderly again. That experience inspired her mission: to bring calm, clarity, and compassion to anyone facing overwhelming changes in their home and life.
Whether you’re moving, downsizing, or simply craving organization, Alexia brings a personal touch, an empathetic ear, and an efficient plan to help you through it.
Your Partner Through Life’s Transitions
At Easy Nest, our mission is simple: to bring order, clarity, and calm to your life when you need it most. We believe your home should feel like a sanctuary — a space that supports you, reflects you, and gives you room to breathe.
What We Do Best:
Life’s transitions are rarely tidy, and every situation is unique. That’s why we customize every project to fit your needs, whether that’s:
Packing and unpacking during a move
Downsizing with compassion
Helping families sort through keepsakes
Staging homes for a quick, profitable sale
Organizing rooms to create functional, beautiful spaces
Our Values:
We lead with empathy and efficiency, because we know this isn’t just about boxes and labels. For some, it’s about letting go. For others, it’s about starting fresh. No matter where you are, our values guide everything we do:
Compassion & Respect – Every story, every belonging, and every memory matters.
Organization & Clarity – We simplify the process into manageable steps.
Personalized Support – No cookie-cutter solutions, just what works best for you.
Calm in the Chaos – We bring focus, direction, and relief when it’s needed most.
Why “Easy Nest”?
Because home is where life happens, and creating a peaceful, organized “nest” shouldn’t be stressful. We’re here to make the process simple, supportive, and seamless.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has been relatively smooth. Learning the accounting piece was the biggest challenge.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am the owner of Easy Nest Solutions a concierge move pack and unpack, home organization, staging and decluttering services, downsizing and estate support services, renovation preparation, senior living transition services,
I am known for bringing order to life’s transitions whatever they may be. I partner with my clients and create a calming environment during the transition. When a client is preparing for a move, I will work side by side to find the best movers and price. I will create a plan to go room by room to declutter and pack. Taking it one room at a time removes the overwhelming feeling of “how are we ever going to be ready for moving day?” I create a space for the client should they need a moment to express their feeling and then regroup. I recently worked with a client that lost her husband. Downsizing, putting the house on the market, packing, moving and unpacking was a lot for her. I was able to unpack her entire home, hang pictures, declutter along the way in twelve days.
Organization has always been part of my life, things have order. I enjoy bringing simple solutions to kitchens, closets, garages, linen closets. I love what I do and that is bringing order to the chaos one step at a time.
What matters most to you?
Creating organized spaces for clients and seeing them breathe easier and get excited about being able to find things in their home easier is what matters most. Providing support along the way as they purge their closets and them stating “wow just having you stand here made that go smoother”. It’s having an outside person that isn’t emotionally attached to the items helps them make that decision to let it go.
