Today we’d like to introduce you to Heather Levy.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Heather. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I’ve been exhibiting my work for 18 years now with over 100 exhibitions. I like to paint and experiment with video.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It has been a tough and enjoyable journey thus far. Art is so powerful and full of awe-stricken moments it makes up for any sacrifices one might incur! My ultimate dream is to have my Art in the MOMA. I am still struggling to make that happen!
So, as you know, we’re impressed with The Heather Levy Art Studio – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
I am an artist. I create paintings from my subconscious and various other levels of consciousness. I also enjoy sculpting and experimenting with video.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
I have a solo exhibition coming up in July that I am very excited about! It is titled,”Time to think”. With some large-scale paintings and hopefully some video! There will be a sound sculpture designed by my friend Kristen Williams… The opening reception will be Saturday, July 14th 5-8pm 516 Fabrication Street Dallas, Tx 75212
