Today we’d like to introduce you to Kimberly Peloquin.
Kimberly, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
My daughter changed everything. After she was born, I realized how I wanted her to never fear chasing her dreams. I wanted her to never second guess who she is and what she believes in. I wanted her to live a big, bold, and adventurous life.
I realized that other moms had to feel the same for their little girls.
As I started to work with my clients, I realized the epidemic of tweens and high schoolers that are overwhelmed, stressed out, and fearful. Many are afraid to move up in school. Even more, don’t experience life to the fullest and live a small mediocre life that doesn’t make them happy. Their hearts are heavy and full of regret. They carry a burden that is too heavy for them to bear. That’s no way for these girls to live. I knew right away that I had to do more than just take a pretty picture.
These girls deserve to live a passionate and confident life full of things they love. And I love that I get to inspire them to do that.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it hasn’t been easy. I’ve wanted to give up many days. Anything worth doing isn’t easy, right? I want to encourage young women who are just starting their journeys to learn all they can, keep improving, giving AMAZING customer service, and surround yourself with others that inspire you to be better.
Please tell us about Kimberly Danielle Portraits.
I encourage tweens and high school seniors to love themselves inside and out. I want each of these amazing girls to truly know just how special they are and that they are not alone. Each girl has a unique calling for her life and only she can fulfill that. I want each girl to truly know who she is and to have an unshakeable confidence before starting on the next phase of life: whether junior high or college.
I photograph tweens and high school seniors and offer an amazing tween and senior model program that takes their portraits to a whole new level. Imagine the impact a single inspiring image can have on a girl’s confidence.
I am the most excited that this isn’t just a photo shoot. These girls leave inspired to be who they were created to be, love themselves more, and feel confident to be themselves.
Who have you been inspired by?
I’m inspired by the quiet women who don’t give up on their dreams. They fight for what is right and make choices every day to change the world by simply doing what is good and true. They don’t settle and the fire in their bellies fuels their passions to keep going.
