Shane, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
We started off as a carpet cleaning company over 40 years ago. In the beginning, we cleaned carpets using only our vehicles and old equipment in our trunks!! But as we grew, so did our brand.
Soon, Dalworth Clean was a household name. With that growth, we realized that our customers had needs for other services that we could provide so we developed a strategy of growth. As we became larger, we would offer specialized area rug cleaning and emergency service restoration.
Dalworth Restoration was born in 1989 and has become the largest and fastest growing segment under the Dalworth brand ever since.
Has it been a smooth road?
There are many obstacles when building a business. We have modeled our business after the Rockefeller habits: People, Strategy, Execution, and Cash. Using this platform, it has guided our business and helped us overcome any struggles we encountered.

We are in the Fire and Water Restoration industry as well as the area cleaning industry. We provide: fire and water restoration, mold remediation, contents cleaning, reconstruction, and we have a unique technique to clean area rugs from all over the world. We are most proud of our employee culture and our firm belief in enhancing the customer experience with every interaction we have. We find pride in our work ethic and our undying drive to do the right thing and provide remarkable service. I believe that is what makes us different.
