Hi Kelsey, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
As I reflect on my founder journey that led me to where I am today, I can’t help but marvel at the uniqueness of what RaeDerma has become in the 2.5 years we have been open. My name is Kelsey Rae, and my passion for skincare runs deep, starting at a young age, like many ladies. It’s a passion that led me into getting an undergrad in nutrition and health science and ultimately to establish RaeDerma Medspa and Acne Clinic.
My foundation in nutrition provided the perfect springboard for my journey into the professional world of holistic skincare. From an early age, I was captivated by the intricate mechanisms of the human body and how internal and external factors could manifest on our skin. This fascination only intensified as I saw case after case of clients coming through our doors, fueling a desire to not just understand skincare but to innovate it as much as I could

In my initial professional years, I found the niche of acne and troubled skin conditions and fell in love with helping people solve the skin concerns that most impacted the overall confidence in themselves. A lot of our clients are “wits end” clients where they have been to a number of dermatologists without good results and want to try anything else before starting accutane.
Today, RaeDerma has helped 10,000+ clients, both within our clinic walls and across virtual channels. Our reputation for transformative results is everywhere on our digital channels, a testament to our dedication to pushing the boundaries of skincare innovation for our clients.
And now, as we usher in a new chapter of growth, I am thrilled to introduce our latest endeavor: RaeDerma owned brand EZAcne. These pimple patches are not just a product; they’re an extension of our clinical expertise, designed to deliver real solutions to real skin concerns. It’s the culmination of our experience, research, and unwavering passion, encapsulated in our initial product.

We have been blessed that so many clients have seen such positive results, and we continue to get more and more people interested in our services. This is perpetuated by our online reviews and the hundreds of before and afters we have.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
Like many ladies, I love all the different shopping that is popping up in Dallas. Additionally, there are so many cool pockets of passionate people across Dallas, which makes it interesting to meet new people.
