Conversations with Pasha Carter

Today we’d like to introduce you to Pasha Carter.

Pasha Cartet

Hi Pasha, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I began my entrepreneurial journey at the tender age of 23 with a modest $500 investment. My ambition and dedication transformed that initial investment into a multi-million-dollar business, establishing me as a prominent figure in the industry and allowing me to help thousands of people around the world build successful businesses from the ground up. Ranked among the “Top 15 Female Networkers in the World,” I have earned recognition on a global scale among over 14 million women.

My commitment to empowering individuals economically has led me to develop platforms where people can learn to earn passive income from home, retire debt-free and secure personal and business funding. Our unique financial strategies have successfully helped many reduce decades of debt into just a few years.

My work has been acknowledged with numerous awards, including the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from the Biden Administration. Furthermore, my insights have been featured in prominent publications, and I have been honored to speak on wealth building at institutions like Yale University.

Additionally, I have utilized media to expand my outreach. As a former TV network owner, I provided a stage for entrepreneurs to gain visibility. In 2020, I launched VIP Global Magazine, an innovative online platform designed to integrate learning, networking, and shopping for business owners worldwide.

Through my articles and talks, I continue to contribute to Forbes Magazine and other platforms, sharing my expertise on leadership, entrepreneurship, and success to inspire and educate future generations.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, the journey has not been a smooth road. Entrepreneurship inherently comes with its peaks and valleys. There have been times when everything seemed to align perfectly, and business was booming. However, there have also been challenging periods where results didn’t meet expectations, and every decision seemed fraught with obstacles.

During these downtimes, I’ve learned that the key to success lies in how you handle adversity. I’ve always chosen to view these moments as opportunities to grow and reassess. Instead of yielding to the pressure, I pivot, reevaluate, and push forward. Understanding who you become in these challenging times is crucial—it shapes your future.

Navigating the unpredictable path of entrepreneurship is complex, with its fair share of potholes, detours, and sometimes even U-turns. Fortunately, my husband Steve Carter, who is also my business partner, and I have developed what we like to call a ‘GPS for success’ for entrepreneurs. Leveraging our connections, knowledge, and resources, we’ve been able to guide many, from newbies to seasoned entrepreneurs, helping them steer through their entrepreneurial journey no matter the challenges.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am most proud of the impact I have on others’ lives through my work. My success has never been just about personal achievements—it’s deeply rooted in the success of others. There is a profound joy and fulfillment in witnessing someone else’s victory and knowing I played a role in that. Every morning, I wake up motivated by the question, “Whose life will be better because I’m up?” This mindset guides my actions and decisions throughout the day.

Taking pride in blessing others is what I feel is my true calling. It’s an indescribable feeling to see the tangible results of this mission, as it not only changes lives but also enriches my own. The ability to contribute to someone else’s success, to help them overcome challenges and achieve their dreams, is what brings me the most joy and satisfaction in my career.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
I was a competitive gymnast for over 10 years, and I competed in the Junior Olympics and won gold.
