Hi Detayvion, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I grew up in a small town called Texarkana where nobody made it out of there and my mother moved me to Dallas for better opportunities. I tried sports but it didn’t work out when I found out I had scoliosis so i started taking Music more serious because I was doing it since middle school but it didn’t go nowhere. So one day I was watching my favorite YouTuber Quan and I decided to do YouTube and starting doing vlogs and people was kinda loving it and people been told me to do YouTube years ago because of how funny I am and it was kinda boring juss vlogging doing nothing so I started going to studio videos and vlogging there and vlogging with girls it was gaining attraction. Then I started doing blind dates it gained way more attraction and then I started doing find your matches videos and everyone was liking it and I started gaining a lot of attention, followings, and started to make money off it
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s been ups and downs I lost things and I gain things. I done had my card repo 2 times, I losted friends, girlfriend broken up with me, and got left stranded 3hrs away after my video shoot. It messed up my mental health but It’s all apart of the journey.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a content creator. I’m known for YouTube videos like find your matches, 20 vs 1s and pop the balloons or find love videos I’m 22 years old and I like cars and fashion. So I like being content my viewers like to see and try my best to up my production. And to help open doors for other people to grow
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
To stay consistent and don’t worry bout the next person doing your time going to come. And that to focus on yourself put yourself first because not everyone your friend and to always stay true to yourself and put god first you only live once go get that car, career, clothes, or whatever you tryna achieve
