Today we’d like to introduce you to Ravyn Thomas
Hi Ravyn, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I have always had a passion for social media since the early days of MySpace and I always knew I wanted it to be part of my career. Every opportunity I could get to create content I would take it. Then one day it clicked that social media marketing could actually be my full time job and not just a side hobby. So I went all in and I haven’t looked back. In fact I’ve found so much success with social media marketing I was able to form an agency and take on a business partner to help me continue to grow!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like everything in life, the road isn’t always smooth. There are always random obstacles and hurdles that come my way but the difference now is that I take those challenges on with joy and knowing that it’s worth working through and getting back to that smooth path. You know you’re living your passion when you love the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am social media marketer who specializes in helping businesses buy back their time with high quality content that converts. I create strategies and action plans to help them grow organically and through paid advertising. What ever the business or brand needs I am able to adapt to them and take on their voice to ensure they get the results and support they need from all of our efforts.
We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
I definitely am a risk taker but I do it in a safe way. I way out all the pros and cons and try to do extensive research before making a final decision. It’s always important to determine what the most logical effective choice is for my client’s needs.
