I’ve always had a deep passion for real estate. Before social media and online listings, I would grab the free home and car magazines at the grocery store every week. I would then analyze every detail about the homes—price, interior finishes, exterior design, yard size, you name it. Before I could even drive, I would beg my dad to take me past homes for sale in our city, completely fascinated by the idea of finding the perfect place.
As I got older, that passion turned into action. I loved helping family and friends find a place to call home. When I moved to Texas from Illinois, I naturally became a go-to resource for those looking to relocate. That’s when it hit me—why not turn this lifelong passion into a career? And just like that, “Sign With Shanice” was born.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Real estate hasn’t always been a smooth road—it’s a real business that you have to build from the ground up. There are seasons of incredible momentum and times of plateaus, and navigating both is part of the journey. From the outside looking in, many people think REALTORS® just post videos and socialize, but there’s so much more behind the scenes that goes unseen—negotiations, market research, client management, and the constant effort to grow a business.
One of the biggest challenges I faced was getting caught up in the need for perfection. I wanted everything to be just right, but that mindset often slowed me down. I’ve learned that sometimes, you just have to go for it—do it scared, do it when you don’t feel ready, and do it even when it’s not perfect. Progress always beats perfection.

I am a dedicated and innovative REALTOR®️ specializing in residential and commercial real estate, with expertise in new construction homes, relocation, and luxury properties. I represent buyers, sellers, and investors at all price points. I ensure they receive a seamless and rewarding experience, whether purchasing a dream home, selling for top dollar, or expanding their portfolio. I have a few additional services that will be added to my business ranging from International Real Estate, Insurance Broker, to Mortgage Broker.
What sets me apart is my ability to merge traditional real estate with modern marketing strategies. I go beyond listing properties by incorporating cutting-edge content creation, immersive video tours, and engaging social media campaigns that attract the right audience and generate real results. My approach makes real estate more interactive and exciting, keeping clients informed and engaged every step of the way.
One of the things I’m most proud of is my adaptability in an ever-evolving industry—staying ahead of market trends, contract changes, and innovative real estate strategies to best serve my clients. I’m also passionate about education, which is why I host dynamic homebuying seminars that connect people with resources and empower people to make informed decisions.

How do you think about happiness?
What makes me happy is the incredible support of my family and tribe. They’re always there to listen, offer guidance, and encourage me to keep pushing forward. Knowing I have such a solid foundation of love and understanding makes all the difference in my journey. Fitness is also a big part of my happiness. I make it a point to stay in tune with my overall health—mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially. Meditation helps me stay grounded, while vibrant music energizes my spirit.
I’m also grateful for the opportunity to start each day fresh. I’m not someone who dwells on the past or lets fear hold me back. Knowing and believing that every new day is a chance to improve and move forward is what truly motivates me. All of these elements come together to create balance and help me show up as my best self each day.
