Hi QuaNeisha, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
As of recent last year, I decided to go for my nail license, and after happily achieving the goal, I honestly didn’t know what was next. Shortly after getting licensed, I continued the nail YouTube channel and went forward creating other social media platforms. Months later I began a bit with mobile services here and there, then work from home. I wasn’t satisfied with the work from home, and the mobile service became kind of tiring and overwhelming. I knew it was time to expand and do something different. I actually tried to do the shed in the backyard, but I just couldn’t wrap my mind around multiple different individuals coming the my place of residence. Besides everything under the sun was causing delays with the shed situation anyway! Well interesting thing, I decided to do something different and began to search for suites! I began the search online, and I barely found anything, or facilities weren’t responding, maybe the holidays, I’m not sure. I then was driving around one day, and I ran across a building that said Opulence Salon and Suites, I called them, and long story short things took off from there. I am currently renting a suite here; it has been an interesting ride!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road was definitely not smooth! It was one of those things where what you don’t know can cost you. And with me just beginning fresh in, lol I definitely would have put in a bunch more effort! I would have to say I maybe took advice from about anyone instead of following my own gut instinct. The first 2 to 5 weeks things were smooth and afterwards, it slowed down big time for a few months. This was an ultimate test of faith! I stopped just taking any and every advice and listened to myself, and things began to turn around plus continuing! Never give up!

It’s definitely a Nail business, and I do nails and feet services also teach doing acrylic nails. I’m around about all in this industry, but for the most part of sculpting nails, it’d be acrylic nails. I focus now on listening to clients’ needs and tailoring the services accordingly plus help them maintain healthy natural nails overall even with acrylic. My favorite brand so far is 2Guys they’re products are qualitative and hasn’t let me down. I’m proud my brand itself is consistently growing, besides there is amazing work provided towards each service; it’s a nail world!
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I love to sing! Feel like they’d be shocked cause I am more on the quiet spectrum while servicing clients to focus more!
